The Master bedroom is equipped with a TV, King-sized bed and ensuite bathroom, newly remodeled with a tiled walk-in shower and farmhouse vanity sink! Additionally, the guest bedroom is furnished with a TV, 2 Full-sized beds and the second bathroom is conveniently located across the hall with a shower/tub combo.

The newly renovated kitchen and dining area offer ample seating for guests with a dining table for 6 and 4 bar stools at the peninsula. The living room features a Queen-sized sleeper sofa, TV, and additional seating for guests. Just off the living room, the Patio overlooks the beautifully landscaped grounds of the Bluff Villa Community.

This second story Bluff Villa s (stairs only) is located conveniently near the highly sought-after South Beach Marina area of Sea Pines. Guests can conveniently walk to the beach in less than five minutes! The Bluff Villa community has beach access directly in front of the community entrance.

Your amenities include 2 backpack beach chairs, an umbrella, 2 adult bikes, and admission to dolphin tours. We had a wonderful time! The condo was very nice and location was perfect. Maybe a 3 minute walk to the beach. Highly recommend renting bikes as Sea Pines is beautiful to explore. Lots of dining options, shopping and plenty for the kids to do.
