Lovely 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath condo, close to pool and beach.

Wendover Dunes villas are located in the Leamington area in the southern most part of Palmetto Dunes Resort. Each building has 4 units with covered parking. The pool area (includes baby pool, jacuzzi, bathrooms and grill area) is centrally located just steps away from your unit, and the beautiful Atlantic Ocean, South Carolina beach shoreline is a short 4 minute walk away.

This beautiful villa has been completely updated and professionally decorated by the owner who is an interior designer. No detail has been left untouched! The villa is spacious at 1600 square feet with high ceilings and large windows that flood the living area with light. The living area has a large sleeper sectional sofa. The lovely dining area seats 8. There are faux wood porcelain tile floors throughout. A spacious screened veranda is adjacent to the open living area. The open floor plan offers a fully equipped kitchen with quartz counters, appliances, beautiful dishes and All-Clad cookware. There are 2 master bedroom suites each with separate newly updated baths and walk in closets. One master suite features a king sized bed while the second suite has 2 full size beds. The bedroom suites are separated by the kitchen and living room providing privacy.

Tucked away in Palmetto Dunes

The location of Wendover Dunes is perfect because it is tucked away at the end of Ocean Lane. Little traffic. This particular unit was exceptionally clean, beautifully furnished and well equipped for cooking in the unit. The unit is just as pictured on line and is on the second floor which we loved. Lovely and peaceful view from the screened lanai. The owner was very responsive and easy to work with. Only a three or 4 minute walk to the beach and the complex has a lovely pool. I would definitely rent again. And just an FYI to future renters…bring your own beach/pool towels.

Elegant Condo

We had a wonderful week in HHI staying in this condo that exuded such elegance and class. The condo was so tastefully furnished, well equipped, clean and it felt like home. The only downfall was that it is located on the second floor of the building, which doesn’t appear to be a problem at first, but when transferring luggage, bags and groceries from the ground level garage in the heat, it was a bit of a challenge. Overall, we really enjoyed this condo.

Wonderful Vacation

My wife and I stayed here with our 3 children ages 9, 7, & 2. This is our 3rd year in the complex but first in this unit. Donna, the owner was wonderful. She was excellent at communicating and very responsive. The unit is well equipped, modern & had very comfortable beds. We look forward to staying here again.

Gorgeous place to stay in paradise

This home was not just a condo. It was decorated beautifully and very clean. The pool is steps away. The beach path is right on the premises. Located in Palmetto Dunes which is a gated community with lots of bike paths, tennis, pickle ball, and golf. It was an absolute pleasure to stay here. Donna was very responsive to any questions we had.

Honest Review

We found the Villa to be a very nice unit within the Palmetto Dunes Resort, however, it was not very clean upon our arrival. There were crumps on the kitchen counters and bed side table in one bed room and both showers still had hair in them. Anyone with any ambulatory concerns should not book this unit since there are 31 steps to reach the 2nd floor unit. The pool area is very nice and provides shade from the sun, however, it was very crowed at times. The pool also was very dirty our first two days with debris from the trees. The walk to the beach is about 7 minutes which wasn't too bad. The beach was clean but we found it to be crowded as Hilton Head has become very popular. Overall I would say that the unit is very nice but we would likely not stay here in the future.

Beautiful condo!

Beautifully decorated condo and very clean! One of the best condos we've stayed in at Palemtto Dunes! The owner was very responsive as well. Convenient to pool and short walk to the beach. We had a great week with family and would definitely stay here again!

Hilton Head Fun

We had a great time during our first trip to Hilton Head. Very nice and clean property with a great location. Beach was busy but the private beach access point helped a ton. Pool and hot tub were great amenities. Since it was our first time would have been nice to have a guest sheet mapping out the area, but otherwise 10/10! :)

Beautiful weather

There were several things that were problematic. The picture showed a tv in each bedroom and there wasn’t one in the second bedroom. Also there wasn’t a blender. The biggest problem was the stairs. There were 2 flights not one and we had several people who were over 70. We would not have chosen this condo if we had known.

there are lots of steps up to the unit. If you have amb ulation issues this may be a problem. Porches were very nice. Very roomy unit. Everything you need is there. Owner was very responsive to a miner issue. Very quiet setting.

Amazing Place

We love this place and this is our second/third time staying here. Donna is a great host and the property is even better than the pictures look. Wendover Dunes is a fun family spot with excellent pool and location near the beach. She was also patient with our large family.

Wonderful stay - kitchen was really well-equipped, condo was well-appointed, comfortable beds, great proximity to beach. Nice pool/hot tub in community. It is a walk up to the condo.

Absolutely gorgeous Home

This was my second time in Hilton Head and we wanted to be closer to the beach. We were steps away from the beach AND we had a beautiful home! It had everything we needed and it was very clean and inviting. We appreciated how close the beach. We had a lot of family members staying all around the area and we were the only ones who had a pool area that included their grill right at the pool! So we were able to have a family pool party outside with other family members. We definitely look forward to staying here when we come back!!

Wonderful family vacation

We love this property!

We absolutely love this property. This is our second year staying here and we're looking forward to returning next year. It is immaculate and beautifully furnished. The location is ideal for the beach, pool, restaurants, and all the activities HHI has to offer. Donna is wonderful to work with and the check-in process couldn't have been easier. Gorgeous Place!

Beautiful condo and so conveniently located! We loved the pool, loved the convenience of the beach for bikes and chair rentals. The condo is very nice, clean, and just so comfortable. The screen porch might be our favorite part and we enjoyed mornings and evenings there reading and playing games. Donna is very responsive and had great communication. We would love to come back! Another great year in Palmetto Dunes

The condo looks just as it does in the online photos. Clean, well equipped and updated. The porches at Wendover are the greatest feature, loved the furniture on the porch, we spent a lot of time out there relaxing with a book.

We are Donna and Roger from Bristol, Virginia. Our family has vacationed in Hilton Head - Palmetto Dunes for more than 20 years. In 2017, we invested in our favorite location - Wendover Dunes. We love the beautiful beach and golf courses. Shelter Cove is nearby and provides shopping, dining and entertainment choices for everyone.
