私たちの完全にエアコンされた1210平方フィートのヴィラには、2つの寝室、2つのバスルーム、そしてリビング・ダイニングエリアとデンに沿ったフルキッチンがあります。屋外プールと屋外レクリエーションエリアの美しい景色を望むバルコニーが2つあります。 このコンドミニアムには、HDケーブル、2台の4Kテレビ、無料Wi-Fiが備わっています。屋内温水プールとジャグジーがあります。

マンションのレイアウトは、AサイドとBサイドに分かれており、玄関からは入り口のドアが離れています。 これら二つの側面を分ける別の内部ドアがあります。

A面では、新しい設備の整ったキッチンに新しいWhirlpool器具、食器洗い機、花崗岩のカウンタートップがあります。 冷蔵庫には製氷機が付いています。 A側には、新しい積み重ね洗濯機と乾燥機のある洗濯エリアもあります。

リビングルームにはソファ/リクライニングチェアと4Kテレビがあります。 リビングルームは南東に面した大きなバルコニーに面しており、屋外プールを見渡すことができます。 マスターベッドルームには、キングサイズベッド1台とJamison Resort Mattress、専用バスルーム1台（シャワーとバスタブ付き）があります。

Bサイドには、ソファークイーンサイズベッド、4Kテレビ、ウェットバーがあります。 Bサイドのベッドルームは12フィート×20フィートで、クイーンサイズのベッドにはJamison Resort Mattressがあります。 Bサイドバスルームにはウォークインシャワーがあり、ベッドルームの外には屋外プールエリアを見渡すバルコニーがあります。

Great place

We’ve stayed here several times. It’s like home, except for the wonderful indoor pool and hot tub, outdoor pool, not to mention a short walk to the beach. Everything you need is there for you. Owners are great and there place is awesome!

Great Stay!

This was our first trip to Hilton Head and we loved our stay in this condo. We have already booked our next stay. The owners were so kind and helpful. The condo was very well stocked with everything we could have needed. We were so close to the beach, shops and many restaurants, only needing our bikes to get around.

Great Vacation

This was our second stay at this condo and we loved it! There have been some wonderful updates like the floors and the washer/dryer. The condo has everything we could need and is in such a great location. Pat was so helpful in making sure we had all the info we needed.

Fabulous Month on Hilton Head Island

We had a fabulous month on Hilton Head Island! The condo was beautiful and has a great location near Coligny and the beach. We had a pretty view of the outdoor pool (there is also an indoor pool and hot tub). The communication was excellent with the owners and they answered our questions and gave us great recommendations.

Great beach vacation!

With hurricane Florence, we weren't sure this vacation was going to happen. Rodney was great keeping us informed of the islands situation and quick to respond to our questions. We loved our beach vacation! The condo is great, has everything you need and then some. It is very spacious and well decorated. Conveniently located to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. We were able to rent bikes close to the condo. We enjoyed riding on the bike trails as well as on the beach. Looking forward to visiting again!

My wife and I are retired educators from Ohio. I graduated from The Ohio State University. Pat received a Master in Art Education from Miami University/Oxford, Ohio. We currently reside in Cincinnati, Ohio.

We both have always enjoyed beach vacations and being within walking distance of the heart of a place. Hilton Head Island impressed us for many reasons: golf, biking and walking paths, kayaking, the ocean, great seafood, and, of course, the beach, just across So. Forest Beach Drive! We are also history buffs and the Island offers many interesting places, such as the Mitchelville Freedom Park, civil war sites, and Daufuskie Island, a short ferry ride away.
Also check out the Coastal Discovery Museum at coastaldiscoverymuseum.org and the Lowcountry Celebration Park across from Coligny Plaza at hiltonheadislandsc.gov. Our grandchildren love to come and enjoy all the exciting activities available around us. We love to share our condo with our guests and many book repeatedly!
