The location was great for us, just a couple minutes walk to our family, but Snug Cove is just a short drive away. The suite is equipped with everything you need for a short stay or a longer vacation.

The online description was very accurate. Host responded promptly when I messaged using the website. The unit is well stocked with dishes, appliances, etc in the kitchen and shampoo, body wash, etc in the bathroom. It was a bonus to have a washer and dryer. We will definitely stay here again the next time we visit Bowen Island.

What an excellent place. My son begged me to say we will comeback every year and I agreed happily. The view is worth over a million dollars, really, the house next door is on sale for over a million dollars. Unobstructed view. Gorgeous trees. A waterfall right beside the house. You will fall asleep to the sounds of a real waterfall. Bowen is small and cute. Go to the “main strip” but also “Artisan Square”. Both are under 10 minute drive. Next time we will hike, there are a lot of options for that nearby. It was very wet and rainy during our visit so we will probably come back in the summer for this. Amazing trip.

Bowman island Stay

View of the Ocean is spectacular nice getaway place to totally relax. Be aware if you have any physical disabilities that the drive way is very steep to get to the vacation home and parking is only available up the driveway on the road

Great place for a Bowen getaway

Ocean view from the window was stunning. Place was spacious and clean. Close enough to the bus stop and a beach if you want to explore Bowen, but also great for a staycation. (there is a smart TV, cards, boardgames, and a good WiFi connection).

A Perfect Solo Retreat

If you are looking for some quiet place to enjoy by yourself or with a partner, look no further! This hidden gem is tugged away from the busy sailing hub but it’s less than 5 mins away if you need to some basic necessities. I felt very safe on my own staying at this property. The view is amazing and the rooms are spacious. I will visit again for sure. Had a lovely memory here watching the sunrise and sunrise while listening to soothing ocean waves.

Pleasant getaway

My partner and I spent a night at this cozy suite. The views were beautiful and serene. There is a creek outside the bedroom window that added an extra touch of relaxation. It was clean and had all the kitchen and bathroom basics. Communication with the owner was good. We wish stayed longer!

Beautiful and Peaceful

My only issue was that the power went out on our last night and there was no emergency lighting - flashlight or matches and candles. We had to leave early.

Thank you for your feedback Sharon. The outage we experienced was for the whole island and there is an emergency light next to the iron just before the bathroom. The emergency light also works as an emergency phone charger. There are labels on the light indicating this. Once again, thank you for staying with us.
