Looking to stay somewhere that would keep your family entertained for hours!? This Cottage takes the theme of Goldie and the Three Bears. The property offers complimentary porridge from around the world, as well as a hunt for how many bears you can find around the whole house! The perfect place to get together with your whole family for a summer adventure. This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house has a fully equipped kitchen. The living room features a 65" TV and a game wall!
The master bedroom, also known as Papa Bears Room, features a king sized premium mattress and pillows. The attached bathroom features a jet tub and a glass walk in shower. Mama Bears Room features a premium king mattress and pillows. Across from that sits Baby Bears Room which has 2 bunk beds; 4 twin mattresses and a queen mattress. All linen is 100% Threshold Cotton Sheets. In Between the rooms is a shared bathroom providing everything you may need.
With keyless entry, checkin is effortless and can be at any time. A grill and fire pit are provided outside the home for the whole family to enjoy.
The driveway can fit up to 6 vehicles or will provide plenty of room to park a trailer. STR License Number 013137

My family and I had a great time staying at Goldie's City Cottage. It was clean, cute, and cozy. It was also really conveniently located near the center of Garden City - close to the shops and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again!

Cute Little Cottage

Our family enjoyed staying here. There was plenty of room for the 6 of us to hang out and relax, and the kitchen is stocked with everything you could need if you choose to cook during your stay.

Fantastic Home

Me and my friends loved staying here. We really enjoyed all the games this home provides as well as the grill and close access to the beach. Host was really quick with responding and made sure our stay was fantastic!

Great place

This place had everything we needed for our Ski Trip to Beaver Mountain. We loved the games and after exhausting days skiing the large TVs were great for movies. Kitchen was well stocked. Owner was great and super responsive. Wish there was a coffee pot, but we made it work. Great place.

Great place!

We loved this place and will be definitely staying again! Could use some ice trays in the freezer and more knives, but plenty of seating, comfortable beds, great location. We especially loved having a grill and fire pit. They even have a crockpot and electric griddle in the kitchen. The kids loved the games and had a blast playing them together.

Great family house

It is hard to find somewhere to stay with our adult children and their young children that everyone will be happy. This place worked great. The 3 bedrooms were perfect four our group. The games in the house kept children happy between our boating on the lake. It was just an adorable little house. We really had a good time.

Quaint Cottage with a Bear Hunt

This was the perfect cottage for us. We all got caught up in the "Bear Hunt", such a FUN idea. So many fun games, and different ones we do not have. The cherry on top was the "Papa Bear" brown leather chair. We had the same one, and sold it when we got new furniture a few years ago, my husband sat in it and claimed "I miss this chair". Beds were comfy, which helped us sleep well to be rested for our adventures. We love Bear Lake, and will be back soon.

Bear Lake Getaway

The place was great!!! Very clean and they had everything you need to cook in as far as pita and pans. They had a ton of board games and playing cards for our family to enjoy in the evenings. The location is awesome it’s only 5 min away from Main Street where you can grab shakes or fast food or even the market to grab items. The lake is only 10 min away. Great place 😊

Beautiful home, wonderful amenities

Honestly we couldnt have been more pleased. It wasnt what i expected when looking at the outside of the home but once we entered We were kind of blown away! Beautiful spacious accomodations. Grandkids LOVED the bunk room "no adults allowed" and all the games. Decor, beds, kitchen all were phenomenol. Well stocked home and the kids loved searching for the hidden bears! Would recommend!

Perfect cozy cabin

We loved staying at this adorable cottage in a perfect location. Close to town, stores, 6 minutes from the Marina. It was perfect. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of extra blankets and pillows. The kids loved all of the games and activities. Finding all the bears was a huge hit. We found 17. Some of us are not convinced there are actually 27. ;)

Nice Cottage

The cottage is in an area with a lot of trailer homes mixed with some really nice properties. Only a small area to sit outside, which is very close to the neighbors. Did not receive check in instructions until about 1.5 hours before check in which was odd. Zero communication with the host via VRBO except for the initial booking confirmation. There is no coffee maker or bottle opener so bring your own if you want. The good part is that the inside is great, pictures were accurate and everything was nice and clean. Overall a great stay.

Family Reunion Stay

We stayed 3 nights for a family reunion. There were six adults and 6 kids (7, 5, 5, 3, 3, and 1). This house was perfect!!! The game room was awesome, the kids were never bored! The couch was big enough for several of them to sleep on and the beds were super comfy. Having the washer and dryer was very convenient for all the swimming we did. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed, we brought food and cooked most of our meals. Overall it was a great location, close to the beach and a small super market. Would definitely stay here again!!

Perfect place for a larger family

We loved our stay at Goldies City Cottage. The home has been newly remodeled and when we arrived we found the place cleaner than any other place that we have rented. We loved the the three bear theme and enjoyed playing with the many games that are available in the home. There is plenty of room for a large or multiple families. The location is close to the lake and has a park that is walking distance. They were quick to respond to our questions and made sure that everything was good after we checked into the home. I would absolutely rent this home again.

Basic no coffeepot sub-par

I have stayed at several cabin rental properties all around Bear Lake. This is the only one so far not to supply any sort of beach equipment. It's certainly not a requirement to do so, but in my mind that is the kind of thing that would give a property an exceptional rating. The listing claims outdoor space, which turned out to be a rock driveway, and claims a fully stocked kitchen but the owner informed me on our first morning there that they do not have a coffee pot. I cannot begin to describe how frustrating it was to have to head to town on a busy weekend to wait in line to pay for coffee at a crowded coffee shop, while my kids are anxiously awaiting a day at the beach. The property is fine, basic. The experience of disappointment from believing I had booked an exceptional listing makes this an extremely sub-par rental.

Hi Brittany, I apologize you did not have the stay you expected. We do provide an assortment of outdoor entertainment including, volleyball, bocce ball, pickleball paddles, etc. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to make an a delicious homemade meal. Including pots, pans, griddle, crockpot, immersion blender, bowls, cutting boards, etc. In the description of amenities with the kitchen a coffee pot is not included. My apologies it was not more clear. We hope your experience in Bear Lake was great otherwise.
