Mountainside Summer/Winter Retreat Spacious 4 bed home

Whether you are staying for the fabulous summer attractions and renowned factory shopping outlets or golfing at the many nearby 5-star courses or staying for the winter activities; such as skiing at the many nearby famous Northeast mountains or snow tubing or cross country skiing, we have the place for you to come home to when your day is complete.

Our place offers 4 beds featuring 3 queen sized beds in 3 separate bedrooms and a 4th bedroom that offers 2 single beds in the lower level. We also offer a pull-out sofa/daybed in the lower level in case you need the extra sleeping space. There are 3 full bathrooms; one on each level. There is a hottub on the deck and a pool table in the finished lower level. We are located 8 miles north of North Conway and 22 miles south of The Mount Washington Hotel & Bretton Woods Resort. Storyland is literally 3 miles away from our home!!

Note: Our property is protected with exterior video cameras. They do NOT point at the hot tub nor are there any located inside the home. Minimum stay 2 nights.

Please bring your trash to the bottom of the hill and put in the dumpster in the Attitash Marketplace parking lot. There is no local pickup.

Turn down 3 thermostats to 55 (in winter) and shut off all lights and tv’s. Strip only the beds that were used. Make sure all doors are locked. Ty

Turn the hot tub temp down to 80 on the tub itself. Turn off the hot water breaker in laundry room. It’s 2nd from the bottom in left column.

It is an absolutely amazing stay! It’s probably the best vacation house I ever had so far.

You can literally find everything you need/want in the house. And it is so clean and cozy. We had a great time here!

Checks all the boxes

This was the perfect ski house. It has every amenity you'd want...hot tub, pool table, fireplace, etc...and it's less than a mile from Attitash. The owner is incredibly responsive. We had trouble getting in the first night (the door lock is very finicky) and he was on the phone with me right away to walk me through the lock...and he checked in a couple of times over the weekend to make sure we were enjoying our stay. We're already planning to come back next year.

Relaxing and great location

The house was wonderful for our group. The location was great for a day on the slopes and to be in the hot tub quickly afterwards!

Wonderful Stay Near Attitash

We had a group that wanted to ski at Attitash. This house was perfect for us. It had plenty of room, a pool table and hot tub, which were big hits, and it is very close to the ski slopes allowing our group to go back to the house for a lunch break. It is also close to restaurants and groceries, but outside of town enough that you are not in the crowds. I also cannot say enough good things about the owner. He was very responsive to every question. My only complaint about the stay is the door code. It is very challenging to use the code to open the door, but the owner got on the phone to walk us through it. I highly recommend this house to anyone looking to stay in the area.
