Our 4 bedroom, 2 bath, Sun filled New Englander style Farmhouse boasts all the amenities you could possibly need. Exceptionally clean and spacious with all new appliances/furniture, freshly painted exterior within 2 blocks to downtown on a quaint "Norman Rockwell-ish" residential side street will draw you to visit year after year. The bright kitchen leads to a laundry room and full bathroom as well as the 1st floor bedroom/den. Our spacious sun filled master bedroom with walk in closet, king size bed, along with wide pine flooring and two additional bedrooms on the 2nd floor includes a full bathroom, music room/office/den.
Living room features a wood stove that's perfect for entertaining with private deck leading to oversized fenced in yard with a fire pit, and a outside hot tub. Screened in farmers porch that's perfect to store your skis during the winter season or golf clubs during the warmer months with plenty of off street parking. Games, movies, netflix, books, and free wifi makes this "has it all" home a wonderful and affordable getaway within steps to fantastic restaurants, shopping, ski resorts and much more. Beautiful home an easy walk into the downtown, including the Scenic Railroad, restaurants, stores, etc. The house itself has great family/shared spaces on the first floor, including a wonderful kitchen, wood burning stove, comfortable living and family rooms, screened in porch, etc. The yard includes a deck, fire pit, propane grill, and a hot tub! The bedrooms are great. The only consideration for some is that one bathroom is upstairs for roughly 7-8 sleepers and one downstairs for two, but it was no issue for us. Terrific responsive hosts. We would love to stay here again!!!

Great place, great location!

Our family, including adults, very young kids, and one young dog, really enjoyed our week here. The house has everything you need for a wonderful family vacation and the location is within easy walking distance of everything you need and enjoy. Great place

Loved our stay here! It was walking distance to so many good spots (food, shopping, hiking). Lots of comfortable beds, and plenty of space for us to have our two little ones (2.5 years old and 2 months old) along. My only complaint is that we didn’t stay longer!

We loved the house and the location. We enjoyed using the fire pit both nights. Would definitely go back there. It us decorated really cute. The beds were not real comfortable and the house not super clean but still had a good time and would go back.

Perfect House!

Great place!

Hope to return next year. It was everything the listing said it was. it was clean and spacious for 5 adults. Loved the quiet location, right near downtown. Walked to many restaurants, attractions and stores.

Beautiful Home Amazing Location!

This home was so wonderful for my family! Clean, comfortable, and you cannot beat the location! Cute decor met with all the modern amenities! The backyard was perfect with plenty of space to play, fire pit for s'mores, and a hot tub!! Quick walk to downtown North Conway, playground, restaurants and Zeb's! We had an absolute blast!! Also, the Hosts were very kind and super responsive!

I have been a property owner with my own home and 5 other rentals since 2001. Anna has owned several homes over the years and this is her first 2nd home/vacation rental.

We chose this property for it's approximate location to the downtown village area and felt the charm the house already has and what we could do over time to improve it would make a great home away from home for our renters. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do.
