Our 4 bedroom, 2 bath, Sun filled New Englander style Farmhouse boasts all the amenities you could possibly need. Exceptionally clean and spacious with all new appliances/furniture, freshly painted exterior within 2 blocks to downtown on a quaint "Norman Rockwell-ish" residential side street will draw you to visit year after year. The bright kitchen leads to a laundry room and full bathroom as well as the 1st floor bedroom/den. Our spacious sun filled master bedroom with walk in closet, king size bed, along with wide pine flooring and two additional bedrooms on the 2nd floor includes a full bathroom, music room/office/den.
Living room features a wood stove that's perfect for entertaining with private deck leading to oversized fenced in yard with a fire pit, and a outside hot tub. Screened in farmers porch that's perfect to store your skis during the winter season or golf clubs during the warmer months with plenty of off street parking. Games, movies, netflix, books, and free wifi makes this "has it all" home a wonderful and affordable getaway within steps to fantastic restaurants, shopping, ski resorts and much more. My business partner Anna Makos and I purchased this property as we both love the Mount Washington Valley area and feel North Conway Village is where we wanted to start. I have been a property owner with my own home and 5 other rentals since 2001. Anna has owned several homes over the years and this is her first 2nd home/vacation rental.

Why they chose this property

We chose this property for it's approximate location to the downtown village area and felt the charm the house already has and what we could do over time to improve it would make a great home away from home for our renters. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do.
