Crowder Late Summer Getaway

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved the room, great space. Well equipped also. Poor parking unless just one vehicle but we made do. Neighbor has cats that did their business on our beach pathway everyday and outside did have a pet urine odor. Those would be our only negatives about our stay. The townhouse was nice and plenty of room for our family or 8.

Family tradition 2026

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We, a family of 8-10 rented townhouse from 10-10 to 10-17. We were comfortable with accommodations, however, we had no internet our entire stay. Repeated phone calls resulted in endless dial tones after a few rings. Numerous emails went unanswered. When you have family members working remotely and your grandchildren need to take college classes online it made for a lot of problems. Our next door neighbors had internet. If you love cats but can't take the smell, be aware, there were at least 13-15 cats using the path to the beach as a litter box.They also congregated on the decks at night. Dining room chairs are a tragedy to sit in, knees up to chest when sitting down. some beds need new mattress. The beach was perfect and sunsets spectacular. This place is very conveniently not sure if I would recommend a stay here.

I'd imagine when this property was new it was spectacular- an amazing view and location. However, it needs attention asap. When we were there we had to have their repair come and fix a dead bolt lock. The dish washer leaks. The ice maker frozen up because the freezer door did not seal all the way. The master shower leaks like a stream. My daughter didn't shower in the lower level as bathroom was not clean. The lower level needs a scrubbing. The patios need a cleaning out - almost like a dumping ground from vacationers. Something that the owner has no control over is that one of the neighbor feeds the cats so at any given time you have 10 -15 cats strolling around. Unfortunately, you can smell urine and their droppings. The proximity to the airport was perfect. The beach was very well maintained. The path needs some clearing. It met our needs however it was very annoying having all the issues.

View from the deck is wondeful

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, we had a nice stay. The view from the deck is amazing. However, there us a lady with 10-plus cats that lives next door that drove our dog insane. They would jump onto our deck and hang out on the stairs, and the smell of cat feces is pretty immense. The property does not have beach towels like most do, that would be a nice add for people traveling from out of town by plane. We had to purchase towels in town, which was something unexpected. We also had to sweep when we got there due to the large amount of sand on the floors. There were a handful of roaches, which I know can happen with warm, humid climates, but it was a turn-off, especially for my teenager. The place accommodated our whole family well; it is perfect for two families. We had plenty of room for all of us. We would probably stay here again if we ever come back to PCB. We had a great week!

Spacious townhome that accommodated 9 easily. Great location, right on the beach, within walking distance of many eateries, shops, and groceries.

We had 10 people staying and we had plenty of room, easy access to the beach and very conveniently located only a couple minutes from pier park

Wi-Fi for TVS did not work the last 3 days either repeated calls to designated maintenance. They did replace batteries in 2 smoke detectors that we reported were beeping.

The property was exactly as described and in an excellent location. We had a wonderful stay and plan to return. Property management was easy to work with and very responsive to communication.

I rarely complain or post reviews but I feel this is necessary to prevent a family from having a similar experience. When we first walked in we were hit with a strong smell of bleach and musty/mold. Not a huge deal, but it was significant enough for us to buy an air purifier. We left for groceries, got back and started unpacking and settling in. Before we knew it, the bleach smell subsided and we were slammed with a strong urine and feces smell. It was brutal. We counted 15 cats on the property and a freshly born litter of kittens. We couldn’t even sit outside because underneath the deck was basically a huge litter box. This is definitely not the cleaning company’s fault or responsibility. We had to hold our breath along the beautiful walkway to the beach. The washing machine smelled horrific, like someone left a dead fish inside for a week. This was truly devastating for us as we paid over 4000 to stay there for the week. We tried to make the best of it, but it was nearly unbearable.It was really embarrassing to go out and eat because we smelled so funky!When we got home from this trip, we had to wipe down and clean everything, and wash all the laundry- a huge chore for a family coming home from vacation!

Great Stay

We had a great time here with 3 generations of family. Can’t beat the views and easy beach access. Interior was updated and had all we needed. Plenty of space to spread out. Highly recommend!

July 4 vacation

Communication and location are outstanding. My family and I spent the 4th of July holiday at this townhouse. The place is a bit dated but is spacious and served our needs.Beach is a few steps away and grocer store is walking distance as well.I recommend this townhouse for larger groups and families.

Spring break trip

The process renting this property was fantastic. We had an excellent experience and the property was beautiful. The house was clean and everything was easy to find. Most of all the location was amazing and close proximity to the pier and the beach. Would 100% book this place again.

House was clean and very spacious. The property hosts were very nice and even let us check in about an hour early as we were ahead of schedule driving in. Only issue was the lack of adequate cleaning supplies or toiletries. I seem to remember only one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, which we ran through in one day with our bigger group. We also completely ran out of kitchen cleaning supplies (paper towels, soap, detergent, trash bags) pretty quickly. The main deck area was very nice and so comfortable to hang out on, but the bottom deck seemed a little dirty and run down at check in, although not a big deal. Path to the beach is very overgrown but still walkable, never saw anything that one might cut their foot on. There's a family of kitties that live within the grassy dunes, so that was fun to watch them run around from the deck. Overall, we had a wonderful week and loved the location.

Ocean Views!

Great ocean views. The house was clean, had plenty of towels and lots of room. It was nice that there was hand soap by the kitchen and bathroom sinks. The parking spot is tight for two cars. Over all a wonderful place to stay.

ONE OF THE BEST WE'VE STAYED AT IN PCB

Great location, convenient to everything. Alot of space even with 14 people. The 2 decks with a great view of the beach and gulf. Excellent speedy friendly response team to have the washing machine repaired asap.
