Summary:
Memories On Mulberry is a newly renovated house located just 1 mile from Main St. Our home features 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, a private backyard, a fire pit, a screened in patio area, a game room, a brand new hot tub and yes, we're also pet friendly!

The home has three queen beds and a comfortable sectional couch. It also features two TV’s with amazon fire sticks, high speed WiFi, a washer / dryer, a full kitchen with new appliances and a grill by the patio.

Other Things to Note:
Also, please note we have routine spa maintenance scheduled midweek. Typically, maintenance will take roughly 15 minutes, and the spa will be available for use after the service is completed.

If you're considering bringing a furry friend along, kindly be aware we do have a $50 pet fee per pet. Please remember to inform us in advance if you plan to bring a pet.

Girls’ trip

This house was perfect for our annual girls’ trip. Spacious, we enjoyed the hot tub and close to downtown and wineries. Host very quick to respond to very minor issues and get them resolved. Definitely recommend!

Girls Getaway

We had a lot of fun for our girls weekend getaway. Check in and check out was easy. I will definitely keep this in mind for next time we make a trip this way. Only downside was that there was no streetlights so it was hard to find the house at night but that’s not the owners issue.

21st Birthday spent wine tasting

Our youngest daughter wanted to spend her 21st birthday wine tasting in Fredericksburg. Came across this listing for the cutest home!! It was myself, husband, oldest daughter, her husband, and their 15 month old son, & of course the birthday girl! This place is adorable and the Christmas tree was an added bonus that made it feel like home! Love the garage game room set up. Enjoyed playing card games at the dinning room table, the hot tub, and a hanging out by the fire. They are pet friendly! Yard is not completely fenced, that is ok, we just kept our dogs leashed the whole time as it was rainy. We brought our own vacuum to vacuum any dog glitter (hair) our Goldens shared. The decor was beautiful and very welcoming! We would definitely stay here again & highly recommend Memories on Mulberry!

Great Stay !

It was a great place to stay with plenty to do around the house. Really enjoyed the table tennis, basketball challenge and the hot tub/sauna.The neighborhood was very peaceful and quiet. I loved the width of the street in front of the house. It is back from the main street type area which is what we were looking for, but, just 2 minutes from a busy intersection in the downtown area. Very comfortable !

Good stay

This was a good location, just a short drive to Main Street and restaurants. Host gave suggestions on things to do with kiddos and we enjoyed going to enchanted rock per his suggestion. Place was clean and easy to access.

Perfect in every way!

My husband and I stayed here 3 nights and our adult son joined us the last day. We loved that it was dog friendly and the back yard firepit area was so peaceful and serene. The house was super clean and spacious. The kitchen was well stocked and worked nicely for a couple of home cooked meals. Thanks for a great stay!

Wow, wow! We were there for my son’s 23rd birthday. The place was very clean. We enjoyed our stay very much. I had trouble turning on the fire pit but I didn’t message the owners because it was late in the evening.

We stayed for 2 nights. House is pretty, clean and cozy. Communication with the owners was excellent and fast. Property is not far from main street and the neighborhood is nice and quiet. Description and pictures are very accurate. I would stay again.

Ladies Weekend Away

A few friends and I stayed a long Weekend and loved the house! The back patio the hot tub and game room were a hit and so much fun! It was a perfect location to main St and the wineries! I would highly recommend to a small Group or family looking To experience Fredricksburg!

Very Nice

Took a quick family trip and this house was nice and comfortable. Five minute drive to Main Street. Though all adults we enjoyed the game room with basketball and ping pong. Owners let us know they were available and that was appreciated.
