Location: Located in a panoramic position, in a renovated farmhouse, surrounded by the countryside of the hills near Volterra (PI) in Spicchiaiola is the beautiful holiday home.
The location is quiet and is ideal for guests planning trips to Pisa, Lucca, Florence or Siena.
The holiday home has a garden with a pergola. The parking is on the property.
The private pergola is at guests' disposal for the important breakfast or the obligatory wine enjoyment. Two sunbeds are there to enhance your stay and to enjoy the relaxation. Shared barbecue area available.
Equipment: the house is suitable for up to 5 persons (3 + 2). It is distributed on two floors.
From the large garden you reach the front door and the living area, where there is a corner with the kitchen (stove with four burners, microwave and large fridge), table with chairs and a sofa bed (two single seats), where the TV is located. The kitchen is equipped with dishes and everything else, which is necessary for a pleasant stay gastronomically.
From the ground floor, an internal masonry staircase leads to the first floor, where, in addition to the bathroom with shower, there is also a double room with a single bed. To give the room light and air, there is a large window from which you can see the view.

To be paid on site: Deposit € 200. Tourist tax € 2 per person forpersons over 12 years. Towels and bed linen on request € 15 per person.
Final cleaning € 30. Heating according to consumption.
