Relaxing stay

Quiet property a short drive from Sunset Ave. Kids enjoyed the pool and tennis court. Property manager was on top of needs while we were there. Would stay again.

Holiday family reunion

Perfect for our needs!

House was spacious and suited our needs. Our family had a wonderful time gathering here. House was clean and we were very comfortable. Owner was very nice and came by at check in to make sure we knew how to operate things and also had new pool sticks delivered the next day to the home. Thank you!

Great house!

We had a group of friends in town to see a few shows at the Hollywood Bowl. The house was perfect. Beautiful roomy house and a great backyard with pool. We enjoyed playing pool and listening to music on the great stereo system and hanging out at the pool during the day. Uber to the Bowl and back was easy. Owners are great. Very nice hosts and great communication.

Beverly Hills in the Hills

We had a wonderful stay at this VRBO. The location was great, about 10 minutes from Sunset strip and very peaceful. The inside was very clean and high tech. We really enjoyed watching movies at night on the big screen. The outside was a little bit of a let down. There was no usable basketball on the court and the pool had no net cleaner which made the water undesirable. We did enjoy the tennis court.

One word… FRAUD

Fraudulent listing, fraudulent pictures, fraudulent communications, fraudulent feedback… lack of courtesy, lack of ethics, lack of conscience. So bad, took VRBO months to provide an owner response that was a flat out lie. Is there a score less than 1? Experience was so bad our time on-site was less than 60-minutes. Fraudulent agreement, no refund, no discussion, FRAUD. Not only would we not stay here again, we have not and will not use VRBO again.

You are the FRAUD, you made a booking and came to the house and did check in . This house is in great shape and seats in the Million dollar Estates in Beverly Hills . You want us to refund you for a booking you stayed which is unacceptable . Sorry we can’t do that at all

Experience was not as great as expected

First entering property there was an order, as time went the order got stronger, smell like a septic or plumbing issue.The water pressure was very poor, I understand that it’s an older home but these are things that should be in working order when renting out your property. The toilets were not clean. The entire reason for picking this house was for the amenities, the outside living area was not clean before we arrived, there were leaves and debris in the pool and the outside living area. Before leaving our home we ask the property manager can our RV be park in the drive way, she stated yes, when we arrived the RV could not get into their drive way. This was such an inconvenience and we had to park on the side of the busy street for our entire stay.

Loved the house, issues with privacy

Christine is an excellent communicator and did a great job, although it seems there’s a disconnect between her and the property owner.Two separate occasions people showed up to use the tennis court, one time when we were out and another while we were there. An example of the owner / property manager disconnect. Early one morning two women were walking the property, taking photos by bedroom windows etc claiming they were architects. We were not told of their appointment. The exterior is messy needs a really good clean. I ended up sweeping the tennis courts so we could use them. Lots of cobwebs and bird poop. The day we were leaving the cleaning people showed up at 10:30. Departure time is 11am.There was a shower blockage in one of the bathrooms and it got seen to the next morning, but not fully fixed until the day after that. Wifi did not work well in bedrooms nearest the driveway. The kitchen has two coffee mugs and two cereal bowls (we are a party of 8) and lots of random equipment that does not work. The coffee machine does work, however. It’s a beautiful house and we enjoyed our stay, I would recommend confirming with Christine that absolutely no one will be coming to the property to use the tennis courts or to take photos for the duration of your trip. Oh and that the exterior will be clean before you get there.

Bad experience

I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to express my utmost disappointment and frustration regarding my recent home rental experience at [Property Name or Address]. I had high expectations for a comfortable and enjoyable stay, but unfortunately, my experience fell far short of those expectations due to several unresolved issues and poor communication from the host.Firstly, upon arrival, I discovered that there were several problems that needed immediate attention. The water in the main bathroom did not get hot, rendering it practically unusable. Additionally, the television in the rental did not work at all, depriving me of the entertainment I had hoped for during my stay. These amenities were clearly advertised as functional, and their malfunction greatly impacted the quality of my experience.Furthermore, one of the key attractions that led me to choose this rental was the advertised heated pool. However, upon arrival, I discovered that the pool was not heated as promised. In order to have the pool heated, I paid an additional fee and was informed that it would take approximately a day and a half to complete the process. To my dismay, it took a staggering three days for the pool to finally reach the desired temperature. This delay not only disrupted my plans but also contradicted the information provided by the host.Moreover, I had an ongoing communication with the host regarding these issues, and I was initially assured that I would be refunded for the incon

You have nerve to left all this review . You have severely damaged our house, sabotaging the pool system by placing a stick inside it which now prevents us from operating it. As a result, the pool heating system has been affected and all the floors are soaked. Additionally, there is beach sand scattered all over the room. Certainly, not a single homeowner would allow you to stay in their residence.
