Cosy, comfortable residence "Vista Village". 20 houses in the residence. 300 m from the centre of Porto San Paolo, in a sunny position, 1 km from the sea. For shared use: well-kept garden with lawn and flowers, swimming pool (100 m2, depth 50 - 140 cm, seasonal availability: 15.Apr. - 15.Oct. pool opening hours: 09:00-13:00 and 16:00-19:30). Outdoor shower, tennis. In the complex: WiFi, washing machine (for shared use). Roofed, parking on the premises. Parking space or garage only for small to medium-sized cars. Supermarket, restaurant, bar 400 m, bus stop 600 m, sandy beach 1 km. Nearby attractions: San Teodoro 16 km, Olbia Aeroporto/Porto 13 km, Porto Cervo 43 km. Please note: car recommended. The keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Interhome Olbia in Via Mestre 11, 12 km. Services included: WI-FI in common areas, access to the swimming pool, use of the tennis court (Tennis court will be availabe till oct. 2023). Please note: BBQ is not allowed. Key collection will take place at our Interhome Local Office in Olbia. You will receive more details a couple of days prior to your arrival.

Sehr gepflegtes Anwesen.Das gesamte Village wird von 8 -20 Uhr vom Gärtner/Hausmeister A. gehegt und gepflegt!Traumlage, atemberaubende Aussicht! Toller sauberer Pool mit Liegen. Eigene Garage für Auto im Grundstück. Zugang nur mit Code.Tolle Häuser mit viel Platz. Private Atmosphäre. Alles vorhanden, was man braucht, auch Waschmaschine zur allgemeinen Verfügung. Tolles Preis- Leistungsverhaeltnis! Wir kommen wieder, super Urlaub!

Prachtige omgeving huis prima

De omgeving is prachtig. Zowel buiten vista village als vista village zelf. Het appartement is prima. Het heeft in principe wat je nodig hebt maar is wat sfeerloos. Onhandig bij deze locatie is dat je de sleutel heel ergens anders zowel moet ophalen als terug brengen. Dit is vooral onhandig als je op doorreis bent en niet meer in Olbia bent. Verder is het echt een prima verblijf. Lekker zwembad, prachtig uitzicht, goede plek en leuk dorp.

Schöne Anlage

Eine wirklich schöne und sehr gepflegte Anlage. Wohnung liegt direkt am Pool. In der Hochsaison kann es dort schon mal laut sein. Leider ist es in der Wohnung sehr feucht, da sie kein Fenster hat. Alle Möbel riechen muffig. Nur durch die offene Tür kann man lüften, die wir aber zum Schlafen verschlossen haben. Hatte den Effekt, dass man durch die Feuchtigkeit im Bett gefroren hat, obwohl draußen 25 Grad waren. Freundliche und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter bei Interhome.

Ráj na zemi

Tento komplex má dobré umístění, výhled na Tavoláru. Do městečka i k moři to není daleko. Je umístěn v překrásné udržované zahradě k dispozici bazén.Vybavení apartmánu dostačující,vše čisté a udržované.Dobrá lokace na výlety a pláže v okolí. Velká spokojenost a určitě doporučujeme.
