THE HOUSE IS ON THE HILL OF PORTO SAN PAOLO, SURROUNDED BY THE GREEN AND THE BREATHTAKING PANORAMA ON THE ISLAND OF TAVOLARA AND ON CAPO CERASO ENJOYS AN IDEAL CLIMATE AND RELAXING TRANQUILITY. PERFECT FOR A COUPLE.
The house has a bedroom with a double bed, a nice bathroom with a shower, a living room with a cooking area, a stone veranda with a view of the sea and has a small green lawn that surrounds it. A private parking space and a laundry are available
 It is completely new (end of construction in March 2014), it was built with insulating materials in compliance with the latest energy saving regulations and equipped with window and door frames with special glass that guarantee excellent sound and heat insulation. It is covered in stone and finely furnished ... a jewel !!

We stayed at Pietre’s place for 10 days. The apartment is spotlessly clean and offers a breathtaking view, with a stunning sunrise in the morning. It’s peaceful and quiet. The owner is incredibly friendly and a fantastic host. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a great place to stay.

Any time again!

We enjoyed our stay in Raffaeles appartment very much. The location is perfect and the view from the little terrasse is amazing. In the appartment you can find everything you need. Raffaele is a friendly and helpful host. We had very nice holidays an can recommend Raffaele and his appartment withour reservation!

Small, beautiful with a great view!

This property did not disappoint in my main reason for booking, the view! This is a small yet beautiful apartment, no more than 2 people. The kitchen was well appointed but is lacking an oven or water kettle/coffee maker if needed. We were not bothered by these items not being there, we just boiled water and made coffee and enjoyed the view. While there is no air conditioning there is a great breeze that goes through the house. My only issue I suppose is the comfort of the bed, it is quite firm and the pillows lack support. My neck pillow came in handy finally. This apartment is only about a 5 minute drive into town, but for sure a car rental is needed. We would for sure rent here again! Grazie Mille!

A perfect stay at Raffaelo & Giulia's gorgeous little villa. Clean, comfortable with a view to die for. They also went above and beyond for us when our flight was delayed and we were unable to collect our hire car. Huge shoutout to Aurora, their daughter as well, for waiting up for us to arrive! We absolutely loved it here and will definitely return. Thank you again and ciao for now!

… es, sauberes kleines Apartment, mit allem, was man für einen Kurzurlaub benötigt. Raffaele ist ein sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber (Danke!). Das Apartment liegt sehr ruhig, hat einen wunderschönen Ausblick aufs Meer und ist sehr gut gelegen zu nicht weit entfernten zu super schönen Stränden.

Fantastisk utsikt, fredelig og rolig strøk, fin uteplass.

Et godt sted å tilbringe ei ferieuke. Romslig plass til parkering. Leiligheten har moderne og praktisk innredning, det eneste vi savnet var en stekovn eller mikrobølgeovn. Uteplassen er trivelig og skjermet, men det var skygge der bortsett fra om morgenen. Vi måtte flere dager flytte spisebordet inn fordi det ble for kaldt å sitte ute, og da ble det trangt i kjøkken/stuedelen. Men alt i alt: et fint feriested for to personer.

Petit appartement agréable

La vue est son atout principal, l’appartement est conçu pour 2 personnes, les commerces et certaines plages sont à 10 minutes en voiture. Dommage qu’il n’y ai pas de micro-ondes ni d’expresso (une plaque gaz est peut être un peu juste). Les propriétaires sont sympathiques et discrets, nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances, dommage que le temps pendant notre séjour n’ai pas été au top… Merci à Rafael et aurora

Erholsamer Aufenthalt und wundervoller Ausblick!

Wir haben zwei wunderschöne Wochen in Porto san Paolo verbracht. Rafaele war ein sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Vermieter, welcher zu jeder Zeit über die Chatfunktion erreichbar war und uns unsere Wünsche erfüllt hat. Auf Google Maps konnten wir die Adresse nicht finden, jedoch hat uns Rafaele genug Bilder (Wegbeschreibung) zukommen lassen, dass wir die Wohnung gut finden konnten. Als wir ankamen, begrüßte uns Rafaele und gab uns direkt eine kleine Wohnungsführung. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse ist in Wirklichkeit noch schöner als auf den Bildern. Die Wohnung ist klein aber fein und für zwei Personen völlig ausreichend. Außerdem war sie sehr sauber und man hatte alles was man braucht. Leider gibt es keine Klimaanlage, aber mit geöffneten Fenstern konnte man gut schlafen, weil immer ein kleiens Lüftchen ging. Vielen Dank und liebe Grüße aus Deutschland! Tim und Anna
