The master bedroom is equipped with a king size bed. Closet space available for to store all of your items. Attached is the master bathroom. There is a walk-in shower in the master bathroom. All linens and towels are provided for your stay. There is a flat screen TV in the master bedroom, free HD Cable included.
In the guest bedroom there is also a king size bed, there is closet space available. Attached to the bedroom is the guest bathroom, there is also a walk-in shower. Flat screen TV with HD Cable included!
The condo has ceramic tile throughout the common areas. There is carpet in both bedrooms. Granite countertops throughout the condo. Views to the pool and intercoastal throughout the condo!
The kitchen is fully upgraded, with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. Kitchen comes fully equipped with all your cooking needs!
The condo has a screened lanai with a table and chairs for 4. Enjoy the early morning sunrise right from the comfort of your vacation rental!
There are washers & dryers located on the 2nd floor common areas. Elevators available as well. This condo comes with one assigned parking spot.
