Clean, quiet, convenient

Great place to stay on the south end of Siesta Key. Turtle beach and restaurants are within walking distance. The Trolley is close to get you to Siesta Key beach or to the village.

Most Perfect Stay

This was the most perfect stay - the beach was super close, and we could take trolley to all other locations on the island - super convenient. We loved that the neighborhood was cute and quiet. We dined at the local places. We shall definitely be back:-)

Everything you need in quiet setting.

Perfect location away from busy Village, but walkable to Turtle Beach, Marina and Ophelia’s. 2nd floor allows for views of inter-coastal bay. Plenty of towels, pillows, blankets and full size kitchen were especially appreciated. Great unit for the price.

Outstanding!

Robin and Scott are just excellent! We have never had better communication with a property owner in all the times we have rented. The property is just as advertised and they have done a wonderful job of renovation. The pool area is great and the pool couldn't be better. We will be lucky to find better owners in the future. If we get back to Cape Coral, we definitely would rent again.

Free Activities, Short Walk to Turtle Beach

First thing we noticed when we arrived (purity). Everything was clean and pleasant. Location and access to the Mexican Gulf. Plenty of restaurants and quick drive to downtown. Furniture looked amazing and feel like brand new. Thank you very much!

Lovely place, cozy, comfy charming, clean, accessible quote. Lot of towels. My husband enjoy the deck and got some fish, yes! We use the hot tub, really enjoyed it. Management was accessible always, responded in a prompt time.

Lovely Stay

We had a lovely stay. The property was very clean and comfortable. They had nice beach chairs, towels and even a cooler for us to use for the beach which definitely came in handy and was a nice touch so we didn’t have to purchase or rent any. The dock was nice to sit and look at the water and watch the sunrise and the boas go by. It was convenient to restaurants and beach access with more restaurants and beach access points nearby as well. Next time we will try the trolly to get down to Siesta beach to avoid the traffic and parking since there is so much traffic. That’s definitely a great option to have! The property manager was friendly and communication was great. They sent a text to check in on us and see if we needed anything, and an email reminder before checkout of the checkout process which was helpful! We hope to be back again!

Love it so much. Would stay here again!

Thought the value for the price was great. Amazing view. Easily walkable to turtle beach and a couple restaurants. It’s too far to casually walk to siesta beach/village but being down here with the peace and quiet is worth it. Recommend using the frog hop for cheap travel on the island or splurging and renting a golf cart for a day or two. The first morning we walked out on the back deck and saw a dolphin swim right by and we knew we made a good choice! Airy cozy decor. Clean. Easy communication. Quiet neighbors staying in other units when we were here. Perfect for a couple getaway. I wouldn’t bring young kids due to the stairs/dock etc that would make me nervous.

Excellent condo

The condo is in a residential neighborhood so it was quiet and clean. We were on the second floor there is no lift the stairs are a bit steep and can be slippery if it rains. The condo had a nice kitchen with all of the cooking basics no dish washer though. A/c was quiet and comfortable. They had a few board games TV worked fine too. It is .3 of a mile to the beach. There is a free washer and dryer down stairs. I would stay here again and would recommend it.

Nice Condo in a Quiet Area

We needed a place last minute near Sarasota and normally stay on Longboat but it was not available due to severe storm damage. I was delighted to find this cute condo at a very reasonable price on Siesta. The pluses are it was in a quiet part of Siesta, it had plenty of room for day visits with my niece, it was a quick ride to the busier Siesta food places and had a nice walking path along the road for our daily walks. Another plus is the PM was very responsive. The negatives are parking (only one spot with no visitor parking), no dishwasher (even though they left us directions to put the dishes in it along with dishwasher soap!), a queen size bed (but it was very comfy), and someone left a No.2 in the toilet without flushing it…I am sorry but that made me grab the Lysol spray immediately! It was gross…we also had a few critter visitors (spiders)…for the low price we paid, I still think we deserve a clean bathroom. It also made me check the air filter…MISTAKE…so if you do decide to stay here, I think it is important to know the pros and cons.
