This 2152 sq. ft classic beach house has 4 bedrooms, 3 ½ baths, 2 full size kitchens, accommodating 10-12 people.

Our beach house has plenty of room for family and friends. The main quarters on the second floor has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed. The first guest bedroom has a queen size bed. The kids' bedroom has a twin bed and a set of bunk-beds. The kitchen, the living room, and the dining area are in an open format setting. The living room is equipped with a sofa-bed and a computer desk if anyone needs their own little corner to do some Internet surfing with their own PC.

The lower level of the house has the fourth guest bedroom, with a large shower bathroom. This bedroom has a queen size bed. The living room area has a queen size futon. This level's kitchen and dining area match the upper level setup.

The house has a washer and dryer, WiFi, and ample parking area. MUST BE AT LEAST 25 YEARS OLD TO BOOK.

This property is registered with the City of South Padre Island Permit No. 2015-051053.

Taxes collected is 17% for the following:

Our Stay At Marineros Beach House

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It is well located being a block from the beach accessed by an easy walk and also within 100 feet of the main grocery store. This worked well with my family which included two married children with families. The upstairs and downstairs layout was good providing enough space so as not to be on top of each other. We also prepared all of our meals easily using the two kitchens that are there.

We arrived to a spotless home that was already cooled off for us! We all agreed that the house was perfect for all of us. We loved the fact that there was a key-less entry! We will be returning.

Fun and relaxing get-away

3 couples just wanting to find warm weather and relax. The house was good but updates were needed inside. Things were addressed and the owner says he will take care of it. The property managers were great, they were there to take care of the issues as well as they could at that time. Thank you Edith and spouse.

Overall our stay was fair. The home was great size wise , and mostly clean. When we walked in there was a strong vomit smell in the downstairs family room which made it impossible to spend time down there. The master bed had black hairs in it so we stripped all the sheets to wash them before sleeping in them. The plates and bowls in the cupboard were also dirty/dusty so we washed everything in the kitchen before using it. Also prepare to bring your own toilet paper, paper towels, bar soap, shampoo, dishwasher soap, laundry soap, etc as there is none in the house. Thankfully there was a grocery store close by because we had to go there a lot! It had good proximity to the beach which was nice.

Nice condo. Very close to the beach, shopping, and restaurants.

I stayed here with my children and their spouses and my grandchildren. Plenty of space for us all to spread out and relax. We had both the upstairs and the downstairs. We stayed over Thanksgiving week and the two kitchens came in handy for making Thanksgiving dinner. The upstairs kitchen sink water pressure is very weak but otherwise the kitchen worked great.

Easy walking distance to the beach and shopping. Small grocery store less then a block away.

We would stay here again.

Hop aboard a 60ft double decker Catamaran on a sunset cruise to nowhere. Look for dolphins and catch an unforgettable sunset. The cruise includes a 2-hr boat ride, music and free beverages.

Available Sun, Mon, Tue and Wed from 5:30-7:30pm Dolphin Watch Cruises and ECO-tours. The dolphin watch will take you to the jetties where there is a 90% success rate in seeing dolphins.
