Casa "Dos Mares" is a comfortable 3 bed/3 bath villa entirely available for up to 6 guests within the gated community of Punta Arena and within driving distance to beaches or downtown Cabo. Easy access to the main Cabo corridor road. Just 10 min drive to downtown Cabo and 15 min drive Santa Maria & El Chileno beaches. Enjoy a stunning sea view from the main bedroom terrace. Nestled in a small community with a nice mix of expats, retirees and young families from all over the world. Punta Arena has two common swim pools & 24 hour security.

The house has 2 king and 1 queen beds. The bed in the secondary bedroom upstairs can be converted from King to two twins very easily on the spot. Each bedroom has its own AC unit. The main bedroom offers a stunning partial view to the Arch and to the sunset from its terrace. Parking space for two cars right on the premises. 24 hour security.
Full access to all the house, the two pools and the grill areas in the closed community.

We love Cabo and its natural beauties around in all Baja California peninsula. This place is underrated and has tons of fun activities and places to see. The color of the sea is stunning and the combination with the Baja dessert creates some stunning sceneries that take your breath away.
What makes this property unique
Our house is located in one of the closest family communities around Cabo. It is close enough to be downtown Cabo in ten minutes and far away enough to enjoy a relaxing environment. Cabo is in general very safe and peaceful yet this house is located in a peaceful gated community full of local families and retirees from all over the world.
