Wonderful Rental

I rented this property for the month of February 2023. We asked if we could arrive early and the owner had no problem. Upon arrival the house was clean and was great for myself, husband and our tiny dog. The owner was so easy to communicate with and anything I needed to make my stay better was always delivered. Yes, there's construction noise but anywhere you go in cabo you will find construction. The pool was great and we spent many days there. There's also a gym that just opened. I would definitely recommend this place and would stay here again. Thank you Jorge!!!

Pool is Great - Condo Needs Work

My husband and I stayed here for the month of November 2022 and we had adult children and grandchildren visit. This was our second stay in the neighborhood which seems to be always under construction. The unit was not very clean when we arrived especially the fridge. We cleaned it thoroughly and Jorge arranged for cleaners to come over right away to clean the condo. The washer was a combo washer/dryer but I didn't know how to use it. Beds were comfortable but couch was not. There were several issues with the condo which Jorge addressed immediately. Jorge was very prompt in bringing us water and anything else we needed. The kitchen utensils including pots and pans need to be updated as they are very scratched and rusty. They also need different / better utensils including spatulas, corkscrew, citrus press and strainers as many items were either broken or missing. It would also be helpful to have a binder in the unit with instructions on how things work, condo rules, where to shop for groceries, etc. The condo itself needs some TLC as some of the cabinetry in bathrooms & kitchen is broken and off the hinges. Kitchen drainboard is built into the sink but the slope is wrong and water drains onto the countertop. Many cabinets are off kilter and very scratched. Some cabinets in the bedrooms are not usable because the beds block them from being opened. There are many families living in this complex and it seems as if most of them have dogs. There was constant noise from either dogs barking or construction. We were woken up several times to the sound of a pneumatic cement gun, sounded like shots being fired right outside our bedroom! All of the people working at the complex were very friendly. Location of the complex is convenient to Costco, Fresko and Wal-Mart. Highly recommend getting a reservation at el Huerto Farm to Table Restaurant just down the hill. Pricey but we had 2 wonderful meals there. The swimming pool was fantastic for all of us, especially our grandchildren. Unfortunately the pool is not enough to bring us back to this unit for the price they are asking.

Lamento sus cometarios., alejados d e toda realidad., es una exageración lo que ud describe, todo en la casa es funcional y lo he revisado personalmente, todo lo que se ofrece es tal cual está en las imágenes y redacción casa nueva, siempre atendimos sus pedidos incluso garrafones de agua hasta 2 por semana ( no era nuestra obligación), pero los consumieron porque metieron a la casa por una semana o más a sus hijos y nietos y NO PAGARON. Por eso únicamente pagaron por dos personas y requerimos que hagan el pago por la estadía de personas extras, también nos llego multa por dejar la ropa tendida en los balcones exteriores $100 us que requerimos también nos paguen., fuimos amistosos con nuestros cometarios al principio porque al final fueron amables, pero su calificación y comentarios están fuera de lugar., le suplico pague ala brevedad. Solo reporto 2 personas y no lo hizo.
