Gather with your loved ones in this brand new townhome, right in the heart of Garden City! A short walk to restaurants, shops, pickleball, city pool, go-kart racing and much more! Escape the summer heat and grab a raspberry shake while you relax by the Caribbean blue waters of Bear Lake.

All guests will have access to the entire home via keypad on the front door, and remote opener for the garage door.

Bear Lake isn't just a summer destination, there are so many things to do year round!

Fall and spring are the perfect times to get a bunch of hiking in, with beautiful, photo worthy autumn leaves and spring wildflowers. There are many ATV trails in the area too that are so fun to explore in the cooler weather of spring and fall!

When it's winter at Bear Lake, those ATV trails become snowmobiling and snowshoeing trails. The lake freezes over for prime ice fishing. We keep our garage empty so there's plenty of space for your winter adventure equipment!

Family Reunion

We had a great reunion. Bear Lake westher was perfect for seimming and boating. Our VRBO accomodations were amazing! Very family friendly with lots of extras...BBQ, 2 pack 'n plays, 2 high chairs, and tons of beds. Plenty of room for our growing family!!!

Overall it was a nice place to stay. We had an issue with the heater that forced us to contact the owner by phone. The repair man didn't arrive until 11 pm, which we weren't too happy about, but the heater started working throughout the night.

Great but needed some help

The place was as advertised and in a great location. Only problem was some cleanliness issues. One of the bathrooms had no body wash at all, the dishwasher was full of dishes at arrival, and there were a lot of dead bugs. Most of the place was very clean though.

Great place to stay for a family vacation!

Hosts were accommodating when our stay changed and responded quickly with an approval. Our whole group (adults, teens, tweens, and grade school kids down to 5 years old) loved using the three paddleboards out on the lake and there was room for everyone to sleep with beds to spare. It is centrally located, easy to get to, and clean. Thank you!

Everything was fine with the accommodations. It was a very nice place. The only complaint I have is there was no extra garbage bag liners. We had to go buy some.

Birthday Get Away

The rental was easy to find, checkin was easy, clean, comfortable and location convenient. The binder was helpful for expectations and instructions. We are now hooked as a family doing Dowdle puzzles 😂 Our host was mindful, caring, generous, and understanding. It was nice to have a place to get together- Thank you!

Exceeded my Expectations!

The property was exactly as pictured, clean and comfortable. Communication was great, check-in and check-out was a breeze. We loved using the paddle boards at the lake. Wish we'd had time to use those paddles to play pickleball, which is right across the street from the property. Loved that there was plenty of parking, even for our boat. It was more quiet and private than I expected, and yet it was so close and convenient to walk to the main street dining options, or even to Mike's grocery store. Would love to stay here again!

Our family had a great time here

Things worked out perfectly here! There were plenty of beds for everyone. The old folks used the bedroom on the main floor and the families with kids were upstairs. The kitchen has everything you would need. We used the pickle ball supplies. The pickle ball court is an easy walk away. The grill was great and the kids loved eating on the picnic table out front. We used that for crafts and games, also. The owner was quick to respond to any questions I had. We would stay here again.
