Cute House

We stayed about 6 weeks. The location was close to everything. The house had everything we needed. Larry was a wonderful host who responded quickly to all our questions. Would stay again.

Nice house. New linens, bedspread and towels needed. Kitchen needs pots and pans replaced, peeling Teflon. The house was decorated really cute. Excellent response from host. Backyard needs some grass and fence height off ground was to high, my dog could crawl under in several places. It was really nice to have the beach chairs and towels available.

Awesome house and a great stay!

This lovely property welcomes you the moment you step in the door. The owner has thought of everything to make a stay here comfortable, enjoyable and easy. Every amenity we needed from a full selection of spices and cooking needs to quality bedding and towels and anything we needed to make our trips to the beach enjoyable. Our communication with our host was always timely and positive. We would stay here again. Thanks Larry!

Very comfortable

Larry and his wife have thought of everything. The house is very well stocked with all you will need for an enjoyable stay. We spent many mornings and evenings in the screened in area. The walk in closets are great for keeping the living space uncluttered. Larry is very prompt with addressing and concerns or questions. There are some good trails within a few miles of the house, and the Indian river is a few miles away also. Neighborhood is nice and quiet. We stayed a moth and will definitely stay again.

Quiet and CozyOur stay was made so comfortable by the details we found at the home. The remodel decor was consistent throughout. The cleaning team did an impeccable job and upped our experience by leaving us travel size necessities. The fenced yard was perfect for our two dogs to run around and play. The neighborhood was quiet and evident that the neighbors take pride in their houses too. The location is convenient to route 1, restaurants and groceries. Communication with our host was quick and friendly. We would definitely book again when in the Sebastian area.

Very Cute Home

We enjoyed our stay! The home is newly renovated and is super cute. The kitchen is nice and spacious and equipped with all cooking needs. Very large patio with plenty of furniture and it's screened in. I loved that the backyard is fenced - I was able to let my pups out without worrying where they were. The bedrooms and closets were very spacious and comfortable. There is also a washer and dryer, which is a nice bonus! This home is close to shopping, restaurants and about 20 minutes from Sebastian Inlet, for those who love to fish. Larry was very responsive to questions and was a great host. I recommend this home and would stay here again!

Stay in house in Sebastian

It was nice house enjoyed the Screened in porch. The only thing needs to change beds are hard not comfortable.also needs little chest in master bedroom for long stay .

My wife and I appreciate Karen’s comments. We have been very fortunate to have repeated guests to our home for months at a time. We will definitely look into her suggestions and we thank her for her stay as this is our home away from home.
