This beautiful semi-detached house with its own pool is located on the outskirts of Pula, in a quiet neighbourhood. It is built in a modern style and also offers a cosy whirlpool on the terrace.

It is just a few minutes' drive from the centre of Pula and its historical sights.

Bathing fun in the sea can be found on the beaches of Pjeana Uvala, Verudela, Banjole and Medulin, where especially the youngest guests will be delighted by the sandy beach, while adults can enjoy a coffee in the numerous beach bars. Those who prefer the natural environment can take a trip to Premantura and spend the day on the beaches of the Kamenjak Nature Park. Enjoy Istria and take home fond memories.

Prachtige villa met fijne jacuzzi en zwembad. Airco in alle vertrekken aanwezig. Veel ruimte en inrichting was compleet. Wij waren met acht personen, nadeel hiervan was dat er twee personen op een slaapbank in de woonkamer sliepen. Villa is gelegen op 10 minuten van het oude centrum van Pula en verschillende strandjes.

Dream house, charming owners

My family and I had the pleasure of staying at a beautiful finca in Croatia for our vacation. The house was stunning, with an amazing pool and a delightful hot tub that provided pure relaxation. The area around the finca was idyllic, surrounded by picturesque dream beaches that invited us to explore something new every day. We especially want to highlight the charming owners. Tolles Haus nur die Sauberkeit könnte besser sein.

Das Haus war groß und schön. Die Zimmer sind toll geschnitten. Moderne freundliche Einrichtung. Ruhige abgelegene Lage und trotzdem schnell in Pula. Beide Pools waren leider nicht richtig sauber, obwohl diese gereinigt wurden. (PH wurde geprüft) Auch in der Küche hätte es etwas sauberer sein können. Das Fenster im Wohnzimmer hat sich zwei mal aufgehängt. Wir haben es dann nicht mehr geöffnet. Die Unterkunft war für den Preis gut. Jedoch sind vergleichbare Objekte teilweise hochwertiger gebaut und sauberer. Dafür ist es optisch sehr modern.
