In the immediate vicinity of the city of Rijeka, in the village of Kostrena, are located these 6 luxury apartments (CKA281, CKA282, CKA283, CKA284, CKA285, CKA286) with shared pool.

The apartments are separate from each other and are located in a semi-detached house, with three apartments (CKA281-283 and CKA284-286) sharing one half each. Each suite has its own terrace with a barbecue by the pool, where you can prepare your favorite dishes.

Apartment CKA281 has its own rooftop terrace with private hot tub. CKA281 and CKA282 have their own parking spaces in the garage and CKA283 has a parking space on the property. For the youngest guests there is a common playroom in the basement and a playground. The garage and the playroom are connected to the apartments by an interior staircase.
