The Space:
As you drive onto the 44 acre ranch, you'll probably encounter cattle welcoming you home for your stay. Coming up to the house, you'll drive to the back of the house near the garage. Walk through the garage door and you'll enter through the mudroom equipped with a utility sink, washer and dryer, and bench area. Through the mudroom is our open concept living space with a large L Shaped couch. There is a large flat screen streaming-enabled TV and plenty of seating to relax. Enjoy the modern kitchen area with a stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with everything you need to cook a homestyle meal. Enjoy the bar seating and Dining Area for extra seating and the exquisite views out the garage door. Just roll it up for some fresh air or go out onto the large porch area for the sunrise and overlook the pond. Take a dip in our modern container pool. There are 3 bedrooms. The first bedroom has a King bed and ensuite bathroom with a stand-up tiled shower and large closet. The second bedroom has King bed and an adjacent bathroom. The third bedroom has two Queen Bunks. L-Star Ranch offers high-speed internet and a smart TV for movie nights.. Cards, dominos and board games are available inside the pantry.
