A delightful newly refurbished flat, with independent entrance from the court of an eighteen century factory situated in the South East district of Leipzig, an oasis of calm in a residential part of the town. Quiet & clean.
The flat can accomodate up to three people (+ one child): 1 master bedroom which sleeps two, with an office desk, an extra bed in the sofa bed of the living room, bathroom with shower, secure car parking inside the court.
Fully equipped kitchen, linen and bathroom towels at your disposition, TV, air drier.
** Here people of every nationality and origin are welcome!**
The flat is solely for our guests.
