Bed linen + towels / bath towels 1 cot u. High chair bathroom with tub WiFi The apartment was completely renovated in 2018. The 2-room apartment with balcony is located between the city of Leipzig (3 km) and the Leipzig New Lake District (5 km) and close to the well-known pub mile "Karli". The central location guarantees you very good transport connections, optionally by bus and tram. There is a good Chinese restaurant just across the street and a supermarket nearby for your private shopping. The apartment is suitable for a maximum of 4 people and a non-smoking apartment. It is child-friendly and suitable for allergy sufferers, so pets are not allowed.

From 01.01.2019 the city of Leipzig will charge a guest tax of 1 - 3 € / guest / night. This must be paid in cash on arrival.

An sich Top

An sich waren wir super zufrieden. Nur ein, zwei Kleinigkeiten haben uns gestört, z.B. war eines der Betten ziemlich durchgelegen. Ansonsten konnte man den Check-In flexibler gestalten, was der praktisch war und die Kommunikation lief einwandfrei. Außerdem hat die Wohnung eine gute Anbindung zur Straßenbahn/Bushaltestelle und einem Rewe. Im Gesamten haben wir den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und hatten schöne Erlebnisse bei der Leipziger Buchmesse.

Schöne Wohnung

Wohnung entspricht der Beschreibung und liegt gut zur Erkundung von Leipzig. Bei der Küche könnten noch ein Schneidebrett und zwei weitere Kaffeebecher ergänzt werden. Ansonsten haben wir unseren Aufenthalt genossen.

Ausstattung sehr einfach, Sauberkeit schlecht

Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist sehr einfach. Die Wohnung ist wirklich nur mit dem Notwendigsten ausgestattet und diese Gegenstände sind sehr einfach und wirken billig. Am Esstisch im Wohnzimmer klebt man fest, die abgenutzte Toilettenbürste steckt in einem Blumentopf, die Küchenbürste ist alt, der Toilettendeckel war gebrochen und wurde notdürftig geklebt, keine Bilder an den Wänden und auch sonst nicht besonders wohnlich. Die Sauberkeit der Wohnung ist als schmuddelig zu beschreiben. Die Bettwäsche roch wie schon mal benutzt. Auf meinem Bettlaken befanden sich vor meiner Benutzung lange schwarze Haare obwohl ich sehr kurze helle Haare habe. Die Wohnung ist nicht zu empfehlen.

Preiswert und zweckmäßig

Unterkunft passte; allerdings könnte Heizleistung besser sein und man kann leider Geräusche aus dem Fahrstuhlschaft hören. Die Umgebung in Connewitz ist tlw. gewöhnungsbedürftig, aber dafür kann der Vermieter nichts, daran muss man sich auch nicht unbedingt stören. Unter dem Strich ein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

Schöne Wohnung.... gerne wieder!

Wir haben die Fewo nur für einen kurzen Aufenthalt gebucht und waren super zufrieden! Sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht! Auch die Kommunikation war super und wir wurden freundlich empfangen.... Winziges Manko: Das Datenvolumen des wlan ist sehr gering!

alles gut und schön

Es war alles sauber, sehr ruhig, Parkgarage in der Nachbarstraße, das ist sicher ein besseres Gefühl als an der Straße. Gute Anbindung an die Straßenbahnen. Kann man wirklich empfehlen.
