Views from every window capture the beauty of the bluegrass on this small working thoroughbred farm. Memorable sunrise and sunsets are guaranteed! Conveniently located only 10 miles from the Ky Horse Park, 5 miles from the quaint historic town of Georgetown and 30 minutes from some of Kentucky's greatest bourbon distillery's. For Wildcat fans, Rupp Arena is only 15 miles away.

Great location! Historic Georgetown has much to offer and is close to Lexington and several other small historic towns. Very clean and well equipped cottage. Host was very responsive. We really enjoyed our stay.

A beautiful setting in a lovely cottage. The only issue we had was that in cottage number one there is an apartment above, and you could hear the footsteps. Also, even though the communication with the host was very efficient, all email with 90% automated answers,, we never got to meet him and visit with him about things to do and places to go.

This studio cottage was exactly what we wanted for our 3 night stay. The amenities were exactly as described and perfect for us. The gas grill on the back patio was great for preparing one of our meals.
