We were super happy with our stay! The space was perfectly thought out, and had all the essentials for a comfortable stay. I didn't realize prior to our stay that it was a garage conversion, and once inside it didn't feel like it at all! Seriously the perfect, cozy studio! The patio space outside was private and was a great setup. We loved how close we were to the beaches, dining, shopping, and how easy it was to get everywhere! The street and neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe! Would definitely stay again!

Yes it was very accommodating for my small dog. Good neighborhood to walk through. The space was very clean. The kitchen perhaps could have used a small frying or sauté pan. There was only a saucepan. But I adjusted.Host was prompt in answering my questions.

Small but has it all!

Private, compact space with everything you need. Very clean, bright studio at a very reasonable price. Outdoor patio area with grill and beach chairs to borrow. Location is ideal, so easy to get to town of Venice or nearby beach, and shopping. Nella (host) was very responsive and easy to communicate with. Great stay!

Never stayed at a VRBO. My first experience was excellent! It was clean and had everything I needed. Better than a hotel room! It felt more like home. It was a place to stay while looking for places in Florida to move permanently. Thank you! I would stay again!

We booked for 2 weeks and couldn’t wait to get there. The studio didn’t match what we expected to see when we got there total opposite of the picture’s so that was very disappointing for sure. The outdoors were you sit and enjoy the weather at night with the lights around the fence weren’t even close or accurate to what the pictures showed and what it looked like in person, everything was so old & dirty with bugs and weeds every where and the lock on the fence gate didn’t work you had to tie it with a small piece of string when you left the premises. Old rubbish in a barrel out front where we parked our car was so smelly awful. Just disappointed!! The advertising & description for the studio pictures need to match the property 100% .
