Villa de plage de trois étages qui dispose de 3 chambres climatisées pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 6 personnes, 2 salles de bain complètes, 1 demi-salle de bain. Séjour spacieux. Cuisine entièrement équipée, récemment rénovée. Balcon arrière confortable, idéal pour le petit déjeuner et le brunch. Machine à laver et sèche-linge. Place de parking juste en face de la villa. La plage est juste de l'autre côté de la rue. Les installations de loisirs comprennent une piscine, une piscine pour enfants, un terrain de basket et des terrains de jeux. La villa fait partie d'un complexe fermé avec des gardes de sécurité privés.

Cute little getaway

We loved this place. Moises the owner was awesome. He made sure we were taken care of. It is a nice gated community. Lots of nature and enjoyed the pool and patio. Nice and quiet location close to everything.

Good location!

We enjoyed our month in Puerto Rico. We especially loved the pool on the property! The beach for sunset was just across the street and a nicer very long beach just minutes away!

Thank you for your full 4 Star for my Dorado Villa. Regrading your written comment look like you where expecting a Hotel sorry but this is a rental experience next time the is just rigth next door if it a Hotel your like for if it a rental House experience this the place.

Great location! Walk to beach

We loved our stay here! The master bed was comfortable, the house had everything we needed for hanging out and cooking. The location was amazing, we ran the beach every morning as there is a gate right outside the community gate to access the beach. Great shell hunting right there for the kids! Nice swimming beach a 5 min walk away!

Great Location and Hosts!

Moises made our stay very easy and was available for questions. The location was very convenient for our trips to various sites and we enjoyed the nearby beach bars and restaurants. His home was comfortable, secure and clean. We recommend this listing and hope to return ourselves.

Moises is Amazing!!!

It's a three story townhouse with everything you need. A 30 second walk to a private beach and awesome community amenities like basketball court and swimming pool. Moises was incredible and communicative for our entire stay. We will definitely be staying again!

Private seaside neighborhood

Our family stayed at this unit for a week. It’s in a secure gated area with many speed bumps to combat speeding. There’s a small beach right across the street. The unit is 3 levels with a small patio near the lower level we enjoyed the large gated pool

Oasis in Delrado

Owner of the villa was attentive and polite. He called the week before our arrival to make sure we would have the keys and arrange with security for us to receive our passes and key to the security gate. Everything was clean and we had all we needed. The beach was very close by, walking distance. Clean beautiful beaches. The villa pool was great, the kids loved it! One of the room air conditioners stopped working and it was changed a.s.a.p.! Well done, fast service. We would definitely stay again.

Great location and amenities

This property was PERFECT for our stay. It was in a gated community in our of the beautiful area of Puerto Rico with full access to the beach only a few steps away. The kids loved the pool and it was always clean and refreshing. The property was well maintained and we felt very safe as security was constantly doing rounds on bikes, carts or cars and the condo required entrance by key and/or gate controller. The condo itself had everything we need for our stay from a fully equipped kitchen to nice room, fan or a/c option and plenty of space to move around. I loved the privacy of the master bedroom on 3rd floor and patio area was nice to hang out in and relax. Neighbors were respectful and quiet and we never had any concerns. The property owner was a great host who met us at condo upon our arrival and gave us a proper tour along with recommendations for our trip. Overall we had a wonderful experience and will definitely book again.

Greate place, no worries vacation

We rented this apartment in February 2012. There were five of us including a 17 years old young man. The apartment was clean, comfortable and cozy. Everything was functional: the stove worked well, the fridge was big enough to store all our food we bought in the grocery store near by, the air conditioner worked well, we used a coffee maker every morning. The kitchen was well equipped. We washed and dried our clothes a few times (there was no detergent, you need to buy it yourself,). There was a full service of Internet and TV. It was comfortable to sleep in our bedrooms, one had a cute balcony on the third floor, another two have a bank bed. Just the shower on the second floor needs some upgrade. The owner took a good care of us, answered quickly to every question, helped us to plan our trips, directed us to the right place all the time. A big plus is that the owner speaks a good English. The place is inside a gated community, safe and not noisy at this time. We were provided with one key, and it was hard to manage for us. We asked about another key, and Moisés found it for us very quickly, but it was for an extra fee. The beach was across the street, but we preffered to walk 10 minutes to the left to the beautiful white sand beach where we were almost alone. We didn't go to the restaurants much (there were a few near the beach), we cooked at home and ate outside in the terrace with a nice fresh air. To buy fresh fish in the Fish Market just across the street from our apartment was awesome! We definitely recommend this property to a family or group of friends.

Apartamento de Playa

Verdaderamente es un apartamento de playa a tan solo pasos, me sentí como en casa, y el trato de Mary y Moises fueron excelentes. Es espacioso para la familia. La área de la piscina es magistral de bella,, la playa es hermosa, mucha seguridad, cuenta con todo lo necesario para habitar en ella.. Esperamos regresar.

Comfort of Home

If you are looking for an ideal location with the comfort of home, this place is for you. We had a great stay at Moises’s property. It is centrally located for those looking to be away from San Juan, but a 30-40 minute drive to the airport and easy to get to/from places. The villa is fully equipped with all the amenities listed from the kitchen and bathroom, essentials, tv and WiFi along with chairs to bring to the beach. You have the option of going to the property's beautiful pool, or to the beach which is a 5 minute walk away. The additional benefit of being in a gated community and 24/security, and having an assigned parking spot right in front of the villa was great. And lastly the wonderful hospitality of Moises neighbor Mari who was there to greet us upon our arrival and departure. She even went out of her way to find and give my mom seashells she was looking for. Mari, gracias por las hermosas conchas que encontraste para mi mamá. Por último, gracias a Moisés por recibirnos.

Great place! (*if you don't mind pigeons and noise)

Our family (3 adults, 1 child and1 infant) stayed in this house for about 2-3 weeks. The place is spacious, the kitchen is full and well equiped, the bathrooms are excellent and the master suite is very comfortable. Safety in Villas de Playa II is also very good, and the house is 5 minutes walking from the beach. Negative aspects: a) Privacy: if you have neighbors (especially on the weekends) you will hear EVERYTHING across the balcony and walls. Forget about peace and privacy. b) Cleanliness: Most units in the villa are unoccupied and not very well-maintained. Pigeons, cats and stray dogs have taken over the place. I had to clean dog poop from our front door every morning. The windows in the bedrooms are locked because the pigeons have taken over the small balconies on the second and third floors. c) Mosquitos: There is a dirty lake in the middle of the Villa. Bring your bug repellant.

Excellent value by the beach

I’m a Puerto Rican living in the US looking for a beach house at a good value. Nothing beats the value of staying at Moises’ villa at Dorado del Mar, Villas de Playa II. Just FYI, the VRBO map locates the villa one street north of where it actually is. I noticed this before getting there (so it didn’t come up as a surprise), as Moises established a great dialogue with me from the time I started shopping for a beach rental until after I left the villa..! Moises was an excellent host, super flexible and accommodating to my changing needs (which were many..!) The villa is very comfortable, the A/C in the bedrooms is nice and cool, and the 3rd floor master suite feels like the “top of the world”. The ground floor with dining and living areas is spacious for a families of 4 to 6, plus visitors, especially as we overflow to the back terrace facing the common garden that leads to the beach. Sometimes we’d bring the chairs out and hang out there feeling the beach breeze. The beach is like a 3 minute walk from the villa. The dining area was nicely set up, however the back terrace also has a dining table that fits 4-6, so we had all our meals comfortably there. Also, the kitchen is fully equipped, so we either cooked, or ordered food from the many places within a 1-2 mile radius. In addition to having Moises available a phone call away, his neighbor Mari from a few doors down was also attentive to any of our needs or questions. We had to check out on an early morning, so she was super helpful for turning in the keys and beepers, and “beeping” us out of the gated community. The community is super safe and constantly patrolled. I initially selected that villa imagining my kids roaming around the common garden and the “resorty” grounds. (My kids didn’t end up going, but I did see other kids roaming the garden :) In the end, thanks Moises, it was an awesome stay, hope to be back.

Very enjoyable family vacation in Dorado

We had a very enjoyable family vacation (5 adults) at this Villa de Playa II property, and Moises was an excellent owner/host. The condo itself is very nice, with beautiful bathrooms, nice bedrooms with A/C, a very well-stocked kitchen, and a nice family room and covered porch. The WiFi and streaming media TV worked well for late night relaxing. Getting to and from the property is slightly hampered by many speed bumps and property security fences, but it is comforting to be in such a secure neighborhood. Plenty of restaurants and grocery stores nearby are nice. Short walk to the beach and a clean, fresh-water community pool. We highly recommend this property if you are looking for a relaxing stay in PR.

Cozy appartment that feels like home

I stayed at Moisés's place for 5 nights with my two children. We all liked the place very much. It had everything we hoped for: a fully equipped kitchen, laundry machine and dryer, a beautiful queen bed room, two other bedrooms with bunk beds, a terrasse with a dining table, air-conditioning in the bedrooms, several fans in the living room, big tv and wifi that worked in all three floors. The place was very clean and everything worked well. We parked the car right in front of the apartment, not that we needed it very much: the beach was just a one or two minute walk away and there was also a very nice pool we spent a lot of time in. The neighborhood was calm and safe, we didn't need to worry about anything. Moisés was a very friendly host and communication with him was easy. We would highly recommend this place to anyone who likes to feel at home in a vacation home.

Great location and appartment in Puerto Rico close to San Juan and airport

Great and high secure location. Do not be in puerto rico with out a car. Moisés is a fantastic host and gave us good response and help during our stay. You will love this place close to two beaches. 2 and 7 minutes walk.
