The condo was prefect for our family. Great location, very clean, and fully stocked kitchen. Love how close it is to the public bus stop. Highly recommend

Easy arrival, comfortable home, ground floor so theres no stairs to carry stuff up and down. Ample space for me. Single Traveler, there to ski for 2 days, this location was perfect. Plus... the water pressure is absolutely phenomenal.

Property was accessible and clean. Good location. Easy to Winter Park, Granby, Grand Lake and Rocky Mountain National Park. Only negative was a need for yard lights. Overall great place, fair price.

Our only critique was a jungle gym of beds in the only bedroom. Creative bunk beds allowed for 4 beds. No access to one side of queen. Good for close families, but challenging for older adults like us. Kitchen was cute, nice art on walls. Very nice stay.

Nice property but the unit above has or allows dogs.

The unit itself is nice, clean, and comfortable! The only issue we had is the unit above either has dogs or allows dogs. We don't have a problem with dogs, we love them. But every time the owners left, the dogs would constantly bark. Sometimes they would leave early in the morning or not get back until late, so the barking was constantly waking us up.

Jim- My sincere apologies for the inconvenience. The unit above ours is a rental and our HOA does not allow dogs if they are not an owner of the unit. I will reach out to the management company to ensure that the issue does not happen again to future renters. Again, my apologies.

Perfect Little Condo

Sure! Here's a polished and more engaging version of your review:---We had a wonderful weekend stay at this cozy and well-appointed condo—perfect for our family of four. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook meals at home, and the living area was a comfortable spot for us all to relax and enjoy a movie together.The unit had thoughtful touches like a variety of family games and a large dining table that made mealtimes and game nights easy and fun. The sleeping arrangements worked well for our group. The bedroom technically sleeps five, though the trundle bed is best suited for younger kids (probably 8 and under), and the top bunks are a bit close to the ceiling. Our 12-year-old (about 5' tall) managed just fine, but our 15-year-old (about 6') preferred the couch for a little more space.We appreciated the extra fans and heaters, and the community amenities—though we didn’t use them—looked great, including a pool, hot tub, and tennis courts. The unit itself was very quiet, with a small patio that we locked our mountain bikes to a post that stayed secure while we were there. Location-wise, it was super convenient—an easy drive to both Winter Park and Granby. Overall, a great little home base for a mountain getaway!

This was my third time staying in the condominium complex where this property is. I love the area and location. This unit was great, especially the kitchen! Would definitely stay again next time we are out this way.
