Nice and cozy condo

We spent nearly one week in this cozy condo for a ski trip at Winter Park and enjoyed it. Highly recommended!

Another great visit

We’ve stayed at “Daryl’s house” for previous visits and love it. The location is fantastic to skiing, grocery stores, restaurants, basically everything. The condo is clean, stocked with all the essentials, and has plenty of space for our family of four. I always check this condo’s availability whenever we come up for the season!

Great Place in Ecxelkent Fraser Location

This is a very well appointed property. Entertainment tecnology was unfamiliar, but owner helped resolve uncertainties.

excellent visit

As always, we found the condo tidy and clean. The kitchen had been recently renovated and floor areas retiled. It was very nice. The entire unit is modern and up-to-date. You can't beat the location right next to the hot tubs and bus stop.

Always excellent

Stayed here many times and everything has always been consistantly excellent. Always clean and well maintained. It seems almost every year, there are significant upgrades and improvements made. Unit is very close to hot tubs and bus stop. I highly recommend this condo. We have stayed at many different places throughout Fraser and Winter Park but always end up coming back here.

Great Condo!

In the 10 years that we have been renting this condo (usually several times per year), there have NEVER been any unpleasant surprises... not a single time. The unit is always very clean and in great shape. The kitchen is really well stocked and the King size bed and pillows in the master bedroom are super comfortable. Another thing about this condo is that it is constantly being improved. Virtually every year, we find new upgrades that have been made. This year a new steel front door with combination lock. This condo is a really great value!

Definitely would stay again!

We loved everything about our stay here! The condo was VERY clean, had a wonderful layout for our needs, was nicely updated, parking was easy and everything was in working order. The convenience of having the workout facility, pool, hot tub right across the parking lot was an added bonus...we loved it! The location was convenient to the grocery store, restaurants and all the various activities Winter Park and the surrounding area has to offer. Daryl was so accommodating and easy to work with...thank you! Beware...it's a little hard to find the unit if you arrive in the dark because the building numbers aren't well lit but other than that, it was fabulous! Would definitely stay there again and recommend to others headed to the area! Thanks Daryl for making our stay so enjoyable!

Just Right

We had a great stay at this property for our first family ski trip out west. Daryl was great about communication and instructions. The furniture and physical space is a bit worn from years of use, but that did not have a negative impact on our stay. The Lift bus stop is within steps of the condo, and the grocery store is a two minute drive away. Location and scenery were fantastic. We stayed there Monday - Friday, and the condo complex was very quiet. Not sure if that changes on the weekends, but many of the other units weren't even occupied, which was great for us.

We made it work!

The place was nice. No problems getting there or finding the place. Well-stocked kitchen with pots, pans, dishes, etc. The Gen Zers weren't fans of fake fire logs, but we made it work, sorta. One member of our party fell on 1st day & fractured wrist & pelvis. 2nd story condo took some doing going up & downstairs. The Condo was nice, right on the bus route, across the street from the clubhouse and I'd stay there again.

Good property with some issues

We had a great stay at this property in the Meadow Ridge development. The condo was nicely sized and in a great location, close to everything in Fraser and Winter Park. The layout of the condo was great, with a big living room and two very large bedrooms. I had two issues with the property however. Firstly, the walls were very thin. So thin that we could hear people next door talking - and I'm pretty sure they weren't shouting or otherwise talking particularly loud. Secondly, the showers would make very loud squeaking noises after running for only about one minute. The water continued to come out fine, but the noise was loud enough it made showering pretty unpleasant. Hopefully something will be done about the showers. As for the very thin walls, not sure much could be done about that.

Great place to stay for summer fun.

Property owner was great to work with. Answered texts quickly. Condo was very comfortable with all needed items including extra trash bags. Great rec center across the parking lot.

Long Weekend in Fraser

The condo was clean and well-stocked. We would definitely stay there again. The only negative we had were some very noisy neighbors. Otherwise, it was just what we were hoping for.
