Great View of Mountains and Golf Course, private patio

This was the owners first time renting as they just brought the property. The owners were responsive and tried to make our stay pleasant. There were a few hiccups, TV and Sonos functions, internet speed but eventually resolved. Written instructions would be most helpful for next guests as I spent slot of time troubleshooting for everyone. Would have liked pictures hung up vs sitting on floor in multiple rooms. The kitchen cabinets and drawers needed cleaning which I did on the first day. As we wanted to be good renters, we purchased some cleaning products which would have been nice to have provided for longer stays like ours (2 mons); very old vacuum needed clean out to use. The weather was cool so we never used the pool or spa unfortunately.

We enjoy spending time in the La Quinta area, playing pickle ball, tennis, golf, and enjoying the sunshine by our lovely outdoor private pool, overlooking the gorgeous Mountain View Golf course! In the summer months, we escape to our waterfront home in Northern Idaho, in Sandpoint! Ask us about this property if you are interested in that area too!

Why they chose this property

Our home is spacious, tastefully decorated, clean & cozy! Our outdoor living is possibly one of the best lots in the neighborhood, with an oversized lot, including a large pool, with spa (hot tub), dining areas, outdoor BBQ, and a grassy yard to play corn hole, toss a ball, or picnic overlooking the large body of water on golf holes 5 & 6! It's heaven, with north facing view of the chocolate mountains, offering you afternoon shade, and sunshine all day over the pool. Our dining area is under a covered area, offering comfort and escape from the desert sun/heat.

Our property offers a transferrable membership (only for monthly rental & fee involved) to our golf club and clubhouse amenities and activities, tennis, pickleball, restaurant, clubhouse pool.
