We understand that staying in a cold home can be very uncomfortable and that dealing with any equipment malfunction - like the dishwasher - can be frustrating. Upon receiving your report about the heating issues, our maintenance team promptly investigated the HVAC system, furnace, and boiler. While they believed that the systems were in working order, it is clear that the temperature in the house did not meet the standards we aim to provide. We acknowledge the inconvenience you faced with the floorboard heaters and radiant heating, and we regret any discomfort this may have caused. In light of the mechanical issues you encountered, we offered four space heaters and sincerely regret any inconvenience caused by the unexpected incident with the fire alarm on Thanksgiving Day. Please be assured that we take such matters seriously, and we are working diligently to prevent similar incidents in the future. We also appreciate your understanding regarding the dishwasher concerns. We acknowledge that despite our efforts to address the issue, it persisted, and we apologize for any inconvenience it may have caused. We are pleased to hear that you found the house decor charming, the sauna fantastic, the kitchen well-stocked, and the beds comfortable. However, we understand that these positives were overshadowed by the temperature challenges.
