A 1920s Spanish on the outside, bright and modern on the inside, this beautifully furnished villa is set at the heart of the Village of Biscayne Park. It’s the perfect place to work, relax in the lush tropical backyard, enjoy the pool and jacuzzi, and explore the city. When you're ready to explore, you can be on the beach, in Wynwood or the Fashion District in 10-15 minutes, and in South Beach in 20.

Villa Biscayne is a fully remodeled 1926 Spanish-style home. The minute you step inside you'll be impressed with the wide open floor plan and the modern kitchen and furniture. The house is high-tech - with everything including the lights, fans and sound system, and shades are all voice activated. With a separate office, three desks and gigabit wifi, you'll have everything you need to work remotely. The backyard is very private, and the beautiful pool is large enough to swim laps in.

The village of Biscayne Park is a secret gem that few know about. It's a village and bird sanctuary in the heart of Miami. Biscayne Park is close to everything, but it's also a world apart. A safe residential neighborhood, Biscayne Park, is also one of the most beautiful neighborhoods in Miami.

* One pet may be allowed with prior approval. Please let us know the type, breed and age of your pet before booking the property.

* This house may NOT be used for medical recovery.

* This property has separate weekly yard and pool maintenance visits, which may occur during your stay. They may be rescheduled upon request.

* The pool isn’t fenced, and the house isn’t a good fit for young children.
