This house has been completely remodeled, with 3 beautiful bedrooms/2 bathrooms / spacious dining area, with a beautiful kitchen completely equipment and fully stocked with everything you need to cook great meals also we have a beautiful outdoor area to enjoy a great barbecue with your family and friends!!pool heating is $199 per day to cover gas cost.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

The home was pictured inside and was good space for us 6. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. The house had good amenities and then game room was a nice bonus! The house and bathrooms were stocked with toiletries so didn’t need to worry. We wished the pool and hot tub was cleaned before our stay as it did not look the cleanest, so we didn’t use it and it was the main reason we got the house, so we felt we lost money for that reason. The pool cleaner came the day we were leaving. The landscaping and backyard needs simple cleanup to match the pictures and looks unkempt. The coffeemakers in the home both leaked and one fan in room didn’t work.

Great stay, easy to communicate, pool had issues

The place was the perfect spot to host my friends and I. We enjoyed how spacious it was and the quiet neighborhood. my only complaint was the pool didn't get heated when I paid for it to be. Michael was very compliant about refunding and getting the tech out to fix it the same day. That's the only reason for the only dip in my rating. I highly recommend!

Overall was nice. The lighting in the house could be updated. It was difficult at night to see well. Also the pool and hot tub could use some upkeep as well as the landscaping. Minor things over all, also there was no gas for the grill which we purchased. The neighborhood was quiet and lovely. Despite these minor things we enjoyed our stay greatly.

We enjoyed our stay and the host was very responsive when we needed him. We felt safe with the location, it was conveniently located to the main attractions we wanted to visit. The home had enough room for the six adults who stayed. The home was very clean and comfortable inside. LOVED the game room-garage. There were a few inconveniences we experienced. The hot tub was pretty dirty with clothing left around it. The washing machine was full of water so we couldn’t use it. The bedroom ceiling fan remotes didn’t work - appears to be a battery issue. The light fixtures were not bright enough…difficult to figure out which switch controlled what light. The BBQ grill gas tank was empty so we couldn’t grill out.
