Exterior Pool, Deck, Patio and outdoor lighting remodeled in 2025!
Safe and family-friendly neighborhood
Centrally located to beaches, downtown, hiking, restaurants, shopping, airport

Kitchen
Fully stocked kitchen complete with dishes, silverware, cooking utensils, pots and pans, blender, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker.
No laundry access, though can be available upon request for a small fee.

Bedrooms and Baths
1. Master bedroom with Cal King, attached bath and shower.
2. Guest room with Queen bed features a desk for office space. Dual Vanity in guest bath with tub and shower.
3. Guest room with Full size bed.
Bathrooms are equipped with freshly laundered towels.

Additional seating at kitchen island for workspace.
Large dining table accommodates up to 8 guests.

We had a great stay! The host way very welcoming and was quick to accommodate a late change. Our kids loved the pool, we had plenty of room, and the location had great proximity to nature trails and other points of interest.

Lovely clean home, nice neighborhood, great location for us. Well planned kitchen and dining area. We're sad that it was a bit too cool to use the very attractive pool. Good communication with responsive host. We certainly would stay here again.

We really enjoyed the house and pool and the host was very quick to respond to anything we needed! Location isn’t super close to everything we did but very close to multiple highways and convenient. There’s a fun hike in the neighborhood as well that I eould definitely recommend.

Beautiful views

We enjoyed a very relaxing four night stay. The house had everything we needed. The beds were very comfy and the swimming pool was very welcome at the end of each day, after exploring San Diego. The views are amazing and we also enjoyed the daily visits of hummingbirds in the garden. If we were ever to come back to California, we would definitely stay here again.

Very pretty

Pretty and comfortable in a good location close to everything. Wish the pool was heated so we could have used it, but I must have missed that detail when I booked. Beautiful views and perfect rooms for our young kids (ages 3 and 6).

Great vacation with beautiful sunsets!

This was our second time at this location and it was wonderful! My son loved swimming in the pool and the sunsets were lovely. We're so glad we were able to make a return visit.

Nice home

Our family like the location, cleanliness and simple deco of the house. However, no one dare to jump in the non-heated pool :-) They wished the construction wasn't there and the dining chairs can be more firm. Over all, they enjoyed their 5 day stay and I would rent this property for them again.

Great House

We were in San Diego for my daughter’s re-enlistment and we could not ask for a better house. House was clean and spacious. The location was central to all attractions I.e. San Diego Zoo, Mission Beach, restaurants etc. Pool was great. Kids loved it!

Nice home in a nice neighborhood with a lovely park and playground in the neighborhood. Jessica responded immediately to any questions we had. We had a comfortable stay, and it was very near our son and grandchildren's home.

My passion for interior decorating has been surfacing over the past decade once roots were planted in San Diego. I love to travel and therefore find joy when fellow travelers appreciate the home I’ve created. When home, I spend much of my time with my sweet golden retriever Charlie.

This was my primary residence for 10 years and I moved on to another neighborhood during covid. I have a passion for decorating and love when others enjoy the home with its private backyard and tranquility as much as I have.

The backyard with pool feels private as this home backs up to a canyon. The only neighbors are to the sides, with giant bird of paradise providing privacy to one side and to the other the home is positioned below this one on a slope. This is a safe and family friendly neighborhood.
