The villa was wonderful overall. Some issues we encountered, upon arrival we followed gps straight to the villa and were met by a not so friendly man at the property gate telling us we were supposed to have a parking pass. I emailed prior to our stay and was told the pass was included in the rental but nothing mentioned having to physically pick it up or where. Another issue was finding out at the gate of the community pool that we needed an access card to enter. This is not the same as the amenity cards we had for the Lake House and Beach Club pools. So back at the villa we discovered the physical card for the villa was missing and since it was the weekend could be be replaced. This seems like something that should have been checked by whomever was setting up the villa between guests, as well as included in the information about the pool access instructions. And one last tip, apparently the town of Seabrook doesn’t like cars to be sticking out past the until numbers on the carport. We had ours pulled out so we could get out more easily as the carports are very narrow not leaving a lot of space to open your doors without hitting the posts. Our host was very nice about communicating that they had complained about our car sticking out about 3 feet on an end unit where it was disturbing nothing. Otherwise the stay was great. The villa was comfortable and we hope to return to Seabrook next year.
