Serenity awaits at Deer Creek Place. Cozy townhouse in Hot Springs Village with views of Lake Desoto Creek & Golf Course. Centrally located- 20 mins. from downtown HS, near Ouachita National Park. Here you can enjoy everything the village has to offer: natural forest setting, lakes/ beach, boating, fishing, golfing, pools, hiking/bike trails, and so much more! After a full day of activities, come back and relax on the deck, grill or play a game of pool with family & friends.
The space:
Blend tranquility and convenience in our 2 story townhome. Cozy living room with sectional sofa and 55” Roku Smart TV. Ceiling fans throughout. All LVP flooring (no carpet). Fully stocked kitchen with all new stainless steal appliances. Half bath downstairs. Pool table on main floor. Outdoor back deck to take in the natural forest setting and enjoy views of Lake Desoto Creek and golf course. Both bedrooms are located upstairs. Each bedroom with Roku 32”Smart TV's, black out curtains. Desk and chair in 1 of 2 bedrooms. Full bathroom upstairs with tub and shower combo.
Guest access
Once your reservation is confirmed you will have access to enter Hot Springs Village at the Main Gate.
Other things to note:
The fishing area of Lake Desoto and outdoor community pool, basketball courts and tennis courts are within walking distance. Outdoor pool is seasonal (Memorial- Labor Day). Pool use requires a per person daily use fee payable at pool locations. Beach access is a short 5 minute drive. Please do not access the creek from our home, the slope is very steep.

Must be 21 years of age to book. No 3rd party bookings or you will be asked to leave and your reservation will be immediately terminated without any refund. OWNER SHALL HAVE NO LIABILITY FOR DAMAGES OR INJURY to Guest or Guests: It is expressly understood and agreed that Owner will not be liable for any damages or injury to Guest or other occupants and their property from whatever cause arising from the occupancy of said premises, both inside and outside of the house, whether on the property or elsewhere.
THE SUPERVISION AND SAFETY OF ALL PERSONS ARE THE DIRECT RESPONSIBILITY OF THE INDIVIDUAL, OR PARENTS/ CARETAKERS ( IF MINORS) ON THE PREMISES, including but not limited to decks, stairs, railings, bodies of water and any and all other activities on the premises.

We enjoyed our stay. The townhouse was located in a nice subdivision.Advertised as one bedroom but actually had two bedrooms. It was perfectly located about 30 minutes from everything we wanted to do.

Great quiet getaway!

We loved the area we were in, felt safe, and so many things to do around us. The house was the perfect size and we absolutely loved the pool table. What a nice bonus!

Yasmin's place was wonderful. It was exceptionally clean, located in a perfect area, and was equipped with everything we needed for a week's stay. We were able to cook for ourselves with the given kitchen supplies. The bed was very comfortable. It was so nice to be able to do laundry. It was located in a quiet area. Yasmin was quick to respond when we did have questions. We definitely will be back.

Ok for starters Yasmin is great she responds quickly and here directions are easy to follow. The place was really clean and comfortable, well stocked kitchen nice outdoor deck. Unfortunately the weather was bad when I was there so did not get to enjoy outdoors. I recommend this place

Peaceful and comfortable condo with a beautiful view!

My friend and I stayed here for a girls trip to hike and mine for crystals. From beginning to end it was a lovely experience. The condo is clean, bright, and comfortable. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. The view from the balcony is superb and the access to hiking and mining is perfect. The pool table is so fun and such a pleasant bonus. 10/10 would recommend and stay again.

Hot Springs Village Townhouse

We loved this property. Nice location , Close to everything we wanted to visit but very quiet, the scenery was beautiful and the Town house was lovely . Communication with the host was excellent. The only suggestion s we would make are that we needed a broom and a mop to sweep before departure and a few more cooking pans would have been helpful, We hope to be able to rent this townhouse for our next visit .

We had a great time. We had a beautiful view of the golf course and trees from our back porch area. There were trails around us that we also enjoyed that were walking distance. Great experience!

Growing up my childhood was a simple and a modest one. We didn’t have much wealth and our primary mode of transportation was either on foot or bus. Needless to say, we didn’t get very far that way. I remember only being able to dream about what it would be like to vacation and see all the incredible places in the world that others talked about. It wasn’t until as an adult that I’ve had the fortune to work in many different arenas including retail, teaching, healthcare, and management that allows me to travel and see the world that I had once only dreamed of. I realize being able to travel is a blessing and I don’t take that for granted. Travel has allowed me to appreciate diversity and given me a wider world view. Being somewhere new inspires me to try different things and appreciate the uniqueness of every culture and place. My favorite places to travel are places where I can be one with nature and escape it all. The kids and I love exploring all the natural beauty that surrounds us as well as enjoy the endless entertainment that makes it so much fun to be here. We never tire of discovering all there is to see in this magical place.
I love that my home gets to be a part of making travel and vacation dreams for others come true too.
