Amenities include 3 smart tv's, AC, WiFi, a washer/dryer and covered parking. Relax on the large deck surrounded by nature. You will fall in love with Hot Springs Village which is known as the largest gated community in the US and boasts amenities like 9 golf courses, 11 lakes, restaurants, and biking/hiking trails. This home has a Cabin like feel in a very private area of the village surrounded by trees and the only home on a dead-end street.
Hot Springs National Park/ Downtown Hot Springs is an easy 20 min drive as well as beautiful Lake Ouachita, Oak Lawn casino/horse racing, and Ouachita National Forest for great hiking and mining activities.

Welcome! We live north of Houston on Lake Conroe. We are recent empty nesters and decided we would buy a second home in AR near all the outdoor recreation that we love! This is our first time renting a property, but we have been VRBO customers for years and we know what it takes to make an enjoyable experience for our guests. Don't be scared by the new listing and lack of reviews. Be one of the first to stay in our relaxing home and take advantage of the low new listing rates. We will be using an established property manager in the area that will help to make sure all your needs are taken care of during your stay.

We have fallen in love with the outdoor recreation in Arkansas. We love to hike, boat, kayak and ride our bikes. We found that this area has endless opportunities to do all of that and more.

We want to have the feeling of being secluded and getting away from it all while still having the convenience of dining and shopping nearby. This location is perfect for that! It also is in a safe location. Hot Springs Village is truly a retirement and vacationers paradise!
