Esta encantadora casa de Cape Cod es de varios niveles con dos zonas de estar, ideal para dos familias. Cubierta de arriba y la cubierta de planta baja con orientación al sur. T grande pantalla plana. v. en el nivel inferior, t adicional. v. en el nivel superior. Esta casa tiene 3 reinas y 2 gemelos. Todas las sábanas y toallas están incluidas. La casa se encuentra en Slough Pond, que es un gran estanque de 10 acres o más. Slough Pond es una de agua dulce, arena estanque inferior que tiene una gran pesca, canotaje y remo de embarque. El acceso estanque es un corto paseo hasta el final de la calle. Hay una pista de tierra batida ubicado en la casa de al lado que está disponible a menos que esté en uso por los propietarios. Seamans Lane es un callejón sin salida por lo que no tiene una gran cantidad de tráfico. Se trata de un barrio de la familia. Hay un campamento de verano ubicado al otro lado del estanque para que realmente tenga una sensación de verano cuando escuche los sonidos del campamento. No mascotas, lo siento.

This is a lovely house with four bedrooms. It is located a short walk from a lake and is centrally located to anywhere on the Cape. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. I highly recommend this property.

This is a lovely home in a relaxing setting. Well situated for exploring the upper cape. It was only one thing I would want to change and that’s the lighting. The bedrooms downstairs were very dark and the lights were very low wattage. I would recommend that you brighten things up just a tad so it’s a more welcoming and inviting place. But that is really a tiny problem.

A lovely and very clean house with all amenities we needed, especially AC. Nice swimmable pond down the road. Owner very responsive and accommodating.

Brewster family vacation

We are regular visitors in Brewster as our extended family has a couple of properties. We needed a place for the week and we could not have gotten a better place! The house is super cute, great location to getting to the beaches, the ponds, the highway, grocery store etc. The house is really clean and having linens provided was a great help.

Ideal Cape Location

Quiet, pretty setting surrounded by trees with a short walk to Slough pond for a dip, fishing or paddle boarding. Short drive to Bay beaches. Great common space - 2 sitting/TV areas, huge dining table and great deck with table and loungers. The kitchen has everything you need. Nice separation for 2 groups between upstairs and downstairs.

Girls get a way mini vacation

My friends (4 including myself ) really enjoyed our 3 day stay. The cottage was immaculate and roomy. We did have to tape the lock box to the house as it was loose. Also the blind in one of the bathrooms was lopsided. All in all we were very happy with our choice and would rent it again.

Stayed for three nights

Home is open, clean, and comfortable. Two TVs on two different floors. Steep drive but fits 4 cars and on street parking. Nice wooded view with pond behind from deck. Kitchen well stocked for food prep. It was perfect for our short visit for a wedding. 4 couples.

House was great. Well appointed, A/C worked well and layout worked for us. It's on two floors and a loft space. Driveway a bit steep and difficult turnaround. But otherwise, a wonderful home.

There was enough room for our family of 7. Spacious rooms- large kitchen and dining area. Outdoor open porch and grill were used. Short walk to a beautiful pond for swimming. Great location

Great host. Good spot in Brewster near Dennis

Very nice house and very attentive host who lives next door. About 10 minute drive from the good bay beaches in Dennis and less than 10 minutes to Stop and Shop.

5 star all the way. The house was perfect and well stocked with all essentials. 4 adults came up from Ohio for a wedding and we were so pleased with the property and the owner. Would highly recommend!!

Great house in Brewster, MA

The house is wonderful. Everything you could need is there. The lake view is beautiful and it’s a short drive to the beach. Also centrally located to access the bay and ocean. We enjoyed our stay and hope to return next year. The cape is especially nice in September without the summer crowds. Highly recommend this property!

Lovely place in quiet neighborhood

We had three couples and one single adult in for a Cape Cod wedding. The place accomodated everyone. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was well equipped, and there is a Weber gas grill as well. There are upper and lower sitting areas with TVs and upper/lower decks, as well as a back yard surrounded by woods. One thing to be aware of that was not an issue for us - there is one queen bedroom on the main floor. The two twins in the loft, and two queens on the lower level are accessible via steep stairs.

Surrounded by nature with all modern conveniences

We've just renting this house for a fourth year - that says it all. This is a great location - 10 minutes to bay beaches and a short walk to pristine Slough Pond (good fishing). The large back deck is surrounded by trees and song birds - a great place to BBQ, or lounge. The kitchen is very well equiped and the beds are comfortable. Communication with the owner is quick and informative.

Cape Cod Delight

Very comfortable ,clean ,spacious,quiet,private woodland setting with view of slough pond. Excellent location in Brewster adjacent to Dennis. Numerous bay beaches available. also ponds for those enthusiasts.

Great vacation home!

We had a wonderful stay with our extended family! The house is comfortable and conveniently located. It's perfect for multiple families as the lower level has it's own living room, bathroom and deck. The loft is ideal for older children. We enjoyed the nearby pond and tennis courts.

clean bright comfortable house

This was a lovely place to stay, as it was very clean and tastefully furnished. It was nice to have so many towels and the sheets provided. The kitchen was well supplied. The knives were even sharp, which is unusual for a rental. The house is on a dead end street 10 minutes from just about everything, which some people may find convenient, altho it meant a lot of driving. We never had any communication with our host, but none was really necessary. The only issue we had was that the listing seemed a bit misleading with regards to the pond, which was not as close to the house as the pictures imply. There is a very small beach area that is about two blocks away. The pond was wonderful for swimming and rarely crowded, so not a huge problem.

Great location

This home is in a great location near a clean and beautiful pond that we went to daily either to swim, kayak and fish. You can walk to the entrance of the pond from the house but not if you are carrying kayaks, too far. The property would be great if it had pond access. The home was nicely decorated and clean when we arrived. It was large enough for our teenagers to hang out in the bottom floor area and loved the foosball table. It had adequate kitchen supplies, plenty of towels and beach towels. The top back deck was comfortable to hang out on but the bottom floor deck was dirty and did not look like it had been used or cleaned in a while. The bedrooms had comfortable beds, nice linens and nicely decorated. The main floor bedroom did get warm because it did not have it's own AC unit so you could not shut the door for privacy. With a bit of attention from the owners and a few minor fixes we would return to this property.

Not as advertised.

I could write a book on why I won’t be staying at this property again! Upon arrival there were dead and live flies everywhere. We picked them up/killed them for days. We were refunded for two nights, but the problems persisted past two nights. Eventually, they came and “boarded up” the fireplace with ugly plastic tarp we had to stare at. The porches were filthy. They came over to pressure wash them and then put the porch furniture in the yard. It sat there for our entirety of our stay (3 weeks). Even if there was furniture to sit on the bugs were way too bad at night to sit outside and relax. They were so bad they would circle the lights inside at night. I wish I could attach a picture! The bedrooms have no AC and the units in the front can’t reach them to cool them at night. We were lucky to have cool weather, but if it got 80 degrees or above at night the bedroom in the main floor was like a sauna. None of us could sleep in there. I complained and new fans were brought over a few days before we left. Whoever rents this house after us can thank my multiple complaints for those new fans! It’s such a shame because this property could be awesome. A few updates (maybe replace the disgusting shower curtain and rings that literally fall apart when you close the curtain) and it would be a gem. I wish the people who own it would just give it some TLC.
