Your full access includes the well-appointed kitchen, living area, washing and dryer machines, ocean-view terrace, and the added convenience of my father’s golf clubs for enthusiasts. Plus, take advantage of the on-site gym facility available for your use within the building. Most importantly, parking is included, conveniently situated at the rear of the building and secured by an electric gate, ensuring your vehicle's safety and easy accessibility throughout your stay.

This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests don't receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation.

A damage deposit of US$1,000 is required. The property charges this days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
