Fabulous location on spectacular Shore Drive located between Myrtle Beach and North Myrtle Beach. Shore Drive is away from the mainstream traffic yet only minutes from Grocery Stores, Restaurant Row, Tanger Outlet Mall, Barefoot Landing, Broadway at the Beach and over 100 golf courses. The condo is located about 600 yards from the Apache Pier with great fishing,

This spectacular unit in A Place at the Beach V is located on prestigious Shore Drive. The complex and surrounding areas have recently undergone a complete renovation of siding, poolside patios and walkways. The poolside patio has new decking with an Outdoor Shower. There are only 4 steps to get to this gorgeous 1st floor condo.

This is a ground floor condo. There is no need to carry luggage and groceries up multiple flights of stairs. The condo is less than 10 yards from the pool and 30 yards from the beach. It is the ultimate in convenience. Nearby activities include: Dolly Parton's Dixie Stampede, Nascar Race Park, Carolina Opry, Le Grand Cirque, Jimmy Buffet's Margaritaville, Plant Hollywood, Hard Rock Cafe, miniature golf, Water Parks, Tangers Outlet Mall and Movies. It is about a 200 yard walk down the beach to the World Famous ' Ocean Annies ' outdoor oceanfront bar and grill.

"The Most Spectacular View"

We had the most enjoyable time staying at the condo. It was very clean, updated & had everything to accomodate my family. The view was breath-taking overlooking the pool and ocean front. The entire property was very well kept. My family & I will definately be returning next year, thank you!!!

End of Summer Getaway

Great week in MB Great location! Beautiful beach and pool. Great access to parking and laundry. Easy check in Great communication with owner. Only complaints are that there were no mattress coverings and the cooking pans were extremely beat up and scratched. Furthermore the furniture was old and in definite need of a deep deep cleaning. This is my no means a luxury rental but we did appreciate the price, location and beach access.

Great week.Nice condo. The husband and wife neighbors were so kind to my elderly mother-in-law. That made her week. The condo was very nice and clean. The property itself is not ideal for elderly and handicap people, but that was my fault for not doing further research.Not a negative thing, but if someone reads reviews , I thought that may help.

Location is Perfect!

The location of this condo is perfect, literally steps from the beach and pool. First floor makes it very convenient. The condo itself is very cozy and although the overall complex is one of the older facilities, the upgrades in the unit help to give it a more modern feel. I would not hesitate to recommend this condo but if you are looking for luxury, this may not be for you. For my family, location to the beach and close proximity to other favorites in Myrtle Beach made this a perfect place for us. We will definitely stay here again.
