This Gulf Beaches vacation home features a charming coastal decor, comfortable spaces for relaxing, and fun both inside and outside. While offering a sense of serenity and surrounded by lush vegetation and pine trees, it's just a short walk to the award-winning sugar sand beaches of the Gulf of Mexico.

Outside, enjoy ample seating, an outdoor bar, game table, and a fish cleaning station. The enclosed outdoor shower is refreshing after a day on the water. There's a large built-in outdoor cooler to keep refreshing beverages handy at all times.

The first floor features an open and airy living area with lots of windows and vaulted ceilings that makes the room feel even more spacious. The living area offers a sofa, a large TV, and small library.

There’s direct access to the large porch from the living area that offers lots of space for your crew to spread out and enjoy island breezes, large farm-style dining table that seats eight, a smaller table that seats four, a comfortably cushioned modular seating area, and a six-person hot tub.

The indoor dining area offers a pub table that seats four and additional seating for two at the breakfast bar that is situated at the butcher block island, looking into the well-equipped kitchen. The kitchen offers a coffee bar, copper sink, and dishwasher.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

I’d like to say if you’re searching for a 3 bedroom property look no further. This house was perfect and made us feel so luxurious. We work hard to go to SGI every year. This was our 4th year going and by far the nicest place we have stayed. Golf cart accessible and has everything you need plus more. Fully stocked kitchen, hot tub, kayaks, bikes. Beach toys galore, a relaxing hammock, motion sensor lighting outside. Outside shower that is very comfortable. Blackstone grill outside

Beautiful Home

We loved everything about this beautiful home. We all spent some time in the screened in porch at some point during the day. It rained one of the days so we played Battleship that we found upstairs and went in the hot tub. It was only a 5 minute walk to the beach too! We would 100% come again!

Beautiful stay

We had a wonderful holiday staying here! The house is fully stocked for cooking needs and the ability to eat at home. The hot tub on the porch was beautiful to see the stars. Beds are super comfortable and I loved the fact there were throw blankets to curl up on the couches when it was chilly in the evening. House keeping left a little to be desired, it looks like dusting dosent happen at every cleaning. The property was beautiful and overall the stay was amazing.

Pelican Pines such a Treasure!

Nicest vacation rental I’ve ever had the pleasure to stay in. There was literally so much to do just that came with the house alone we couldn’t get to it all. We stayed for 8 nights, 9 days and ran out of time. It’s so incredibly peaceful with the private backyard with grass amongst the trees, a view of the gulf far off and wonderfully decorated downstairs with a hammock, bar and comfy furniture. There’s no place else I want to stay.

The house was clean, well stocked and the perfect location to enjoy the beach or the bay. Our only concern was that Vacasa gave us a door code that did not work. The codes in the email did not match the code in the text message. The customer service team was able to work through it and we were able to get in.

Girls get away

The home was very well appointed, very relaxing, and very clean. There were many ammenities and personal touches. The only problem I had was prior to the trip I called and asked about ammenities shown in the pictures but not listed including and iron, ironing board, & coffee filters. I was told by Vacasa those items were not there at the home, however all of the items were there. I rented wagon and chairs and brought items I would not have had to had I been told correctly.

The Perfect Beach House

If you’re in between a few beach houses- pick this one. You will not regret it! Beds were all very comfortable. The kitchen is fully stocked, down to aluminum foil, ziploc bags, etc. All bathrooms had shampoo, conditioner, body wash, makeup remover wipes. The hot tub is meticulously cleaned twice a week. The bar area downstairs was our favorite hangout place, spent almost every evening out there! When I tell you there are beach toys, wow! Boogie boards, skim boards, kayaks, bicycles, umbrellas, chairs! We used our beach gear credit for beach chairs and they were great too- waiting on us when we got there. If I could change anything, the pull out sofa was in the main bedroom and I wish it was swapped with the loveseat in the living room. We will be back!!

Nice amenities. Not great service.

There was a lot of extra amenities. We loved having the boogie boards and other gear provided. The hot tub was nice we just didn’t use it during our stay. We had some issues with furniture and ants that were not handled quickly by the Vacasa team when we called. I asked for a local number and they would not give me one. Once I was able to get a hold of the local office service improved, but that wasn’t until towards the end of our stay. We originally booked a different home but due to construction still being completed had to switch about a month before our trip. Instead of ensuring we were able to book with the amenities we originally had we wereforced to stay within a price range that had no other homes with all of the same amenities available that close to our trip. When I asked for a golf cart to be provided to make up for the change I was put off and ignored multiple times. Nice location but probably will not book with this company again.

A charming home with a sleeping porch room we thoroughly enjoyed. Daily we discovered some new item in the home’s decor. Impressive how clean the home was. Eagles in the park-like big backyard was a once in a lifetime experience. Close to public beach but recommend State Park beach. Bring your groceries with you!
