Room for the whole family, Diamond Ridge features four spacious bedrooms, offering lux bedding and plush mattresses. The primary bedroom includes 600 thread count sheets on top of the Thread & Needle Hybrid Foam Mattress. Snuggle up and enjoy the gorgeous views of Western North Carolina.

Enjoy the 40-foot, rain-or-shine porches with a natural, stacked stone wood burning fireplace! We have comfortable seating around the fire, a dining table, and a propane gas grill. Diamond Ridge is perfect for making lasting memories. Blackout curtains are throughout the home's bedrooms to ensure guests can sleep in as long as they like.

The owners of Diamond Ridge spared no expense to ensure your stay is nothing short of exceptional. Sonos speakers are seamlessly integrated throughout the home, including the expansive porches, allowing for a peaceful retreat or lively gathering with your guests. Every detail is state-of-the-art, from smart TVs and a Samsung fridge to premium Kitchen Aid appliances, keyless entry, and an intelligent washer and dryer. The downstairs game room offers even more entertainment, featuring another smart Samsung TV and every amenity you could imagine, including your very own personal concierge for a perfect mountain getaway.

Bedroom Descriptions:
Bedroom 1: On the Main Level, there is a King-Size Bed with a private en suite bathroom. There are beautiful views and walk-out access to the main porch.

Bedroom 2: Lower Level, 1 Queen bed, connected to a full bath, and has walk-out access to the lower porch.

Bedroom 3: Lower Level: King bed with beautiful views, private en suite bathroom, and walk out to lower porch.

Bedroom 4: Lower Level: Two full bunk beds with easy access from the entertainment living space.

GENERAL:
Fully stocked kitchen. Two separate family living areas. Each living room has a smart 65-inch TV, WiFi, keyless entry, central air conditioning and heating, hair dryers, hangers, a washer and dryer, lux linens, and premium kitchen amenities. The main level also has a sophisticated adult bar, gas fireplace, and an open-air concept for the great room. We also offer an additional fireplace on the main level covered porch, with a dining room table where you can enjoy all your meals al fresco!

***Parking is limited, with a maximum of three vehicles in the driveway. Due to the layout, turning around can be challenging.

SAPPHIRE VALLEY RESORT ACCESS:

Guests at Diamond Ridge can access the Sapphire Valley Resort and Recreation Center for just $5 a day or $25 per week, per guest 14 years and older (13 and under are free). Located only 5 miles from home, the resort offers an array of activities, including tennis, pickleball, mini-golf, an indoor saltwater pool, a hot tub, a sauna, two outdoor pools, a ping-pong, an arcade room, and a fitness center.

Additionally, there's a basketball court, playground, dog park, walking track, and, in winter, a ski area perfect for all ages. Please note that skiing and tubing availability is limited. Be sure to check for reservations and availability.

Guests can also access Fairfield Lake, where you can rent kayaks, paddle boats, and boards or relax on the beach and swim.

For golf enthusiasts, the Sapphire National Golf Club is a five-minute drive away. Tee times are available via their website.
