In case you haven’t heard, Silverthorne is the new “it” spot in Summit County: a revamped downtown area, exciting new shops and dining options, and beautiful new lodging choices like this riverfront condo! There are plenty of hiking and biking trails nearby, as well as world-class fly fishing on the Blue River – or book a tee time at the Raven Three Peaks golf course just down the road. And in the winter, all of Summit County’s ski areas are within 15 miles. This is the place you and your group have been looking for!

River West Ptarmigan Peak Condo is a beautifully appointed 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom premium townhome that’s perfect for up to six people. The living area is filled with natural light from big windows overlooking the Blue River there’s also a gas fireplace and a huge flat-screen TV for relaxing after the day’s mountain adventure. There’s also a bar with a mini fridge and drink-making gear. Then, step out onto the patio and watch the river flow by. The beautiful modern kitchen features marble counters, high-end Café brand appliances (including a gas range) and all the gear you’ll need to whip up snacks or memorable holiday meals. The dining table seats four, and there’s room for four at the counter.

The River West complex includes shared hot tubs for guests to enjoy. Other amenities include an in-unit washer and dryer, complimentary Wi-Fi, and covered parking for one vehicle. Plus, all Summit Mountain Rentals properties are professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival and are stocked with hotel-like toiletries and linens. Our helpful staff is also available 24/7 should you need anything.

Nice View and layout but

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: management company was really responsive. Unfortunately, the place was really not clean. Beds were OK. I wouldn’t say great. The view is spectacular but when we got there, the TVs didn’t work the dishwasher had a problem we couldn’t get the icemaker to work and the steam shower didn’t work also it’s pretty noisy from people walking around upstairs. It’s a nice spot, but there’s some things they need to work on to make this match the price of their reviews online.

This property was perfect in all ways. It was easy to find, easy to enter, very clean, all things needed in the kitchen,cute little backbporch that looked at the Blue River, great hot tub( community use-just a short walk down the sidewalk), one of the most comfortable beds we've ever had in a VRBO, great shower, and just an all around perfect space for our time in Silverthorne.

Silverthorne Ski Stay

The property has a great location just off I70, and many stores and restaurants near by. The view out the back overlooking the creek is really pretty! Condo is modern with plenty of amenities.

Beautiful Condo

We enjoyed our stay. Condo was well equipped. Beautiful place and great location. Nice and quiet and the river was lovely. We arrived after dark, so it was hard to find the correct building since the numbers of the buildings are not illuminated, but we found it. Also, could have used a can of WD40, the doors are very squeaky! Would stay again if in the area!
