This is a downtown location. Occasionally you will hear the train two blocks away and other noises associated with a downtown area.

Location is excellent for exploring many of the best food, shopping, and entertainment in Waco, We really enjoyed the Waco Indie Film Fest, Balconies Distillery, lunch at Hecho in Waco, and breakfast at Cafe Cappuccino. Beds were supportive and comfy, AC worked great, and everything was sparkling clean. Great place to stay with a cool industrial vibe.

This was the perfect place for my family’s trip to Waco. My husband, son, and two grandsons attended the Little League regional games. The location of the condo was very close to the fields. Also, the area around the condo had so much to offer. The host was so responsive to all my questions and very easy to contact. I highly recommend this condo!

This has got to be one of the best places to stay when visiting the highlights in Waco! Most everything was in walking distance. Adorable loft, comfortable and clean. And super safe! If we go back we will definitely stay here again.

I ended up staying an extra two weeks (for a total of 3 weeks)! I was in town for work and it was like home away from home. The unit was comfy and I honestly couldn’t wait to get back at the end of the day lol. I would recommend everyone to stay here. It’s not easy finding accommodations sometimes, but the Timeout at 203 checked every box! I would stay again and again and again!!Thank you for creating such a beautiful space for others to enjoy!

It’s genuinely a fantastic property. It was very clean, very well kept, and very well designed. The property managers were immediately responsive and very easy to deal with. I cannot recommend this place enough if you’re staying in downtown Waco.

We loved our stay at The Timeout! It was clean and inviting and in the perfect location! With a little bookstore and coffeeshop on the first floor of the building, it was the perfect setting to visit the Silos. Everything was in walking distance. We will always look here first when needing a place to stay in Waco.

Convenient Location

In addition to the residence being exactly what we were looking for, you cannot beat the location. Once parked, just about everything that you might want to explore is easily within walking distance. I would 100% want to stay here again, if/when we make a return visit to Waco!
