This stunning property includes a 3-bedroom, 2-bath main home plus a separate studio 1-bedroom, 1-bath guesthouse, offering breathtaking open-water views from every bedroom and living space.

Enjoy 300 feet of private waterfront with exceptional privacy — no neighboring docks — and your own private cove featuring a sandy, shallow beach, perfect for kids. The max-size dock accommodates your boat with one slip plus two additional tie-up spots, and includes a swimming ladder with 8–10 feet of water depth at the end.

Outdoor living shines here with a screened-in porch overlooking the lake, an 8-person dining table, comfortable seating, and a relaxing swinging bench.

The main house is a thoughtfully renovated manufactured home with an attached deck and screened-in porch, designed to maximize comfort, privacy, and indoor-outdoor lake living. Guests consistently comment on the peaceful setting, open layout, and exceptional views.

Little Family Vacation

The location was perfect for us. We love to swim, fish and ride in our boat We had the best time. The only con I have is there needs to be more seating in the living room.

Fisherman’s paradise

Great location on the lake- HUGE private water frontage! Spacious dock with plenty of room to bring your boat and swim- property manager was responsive- no issues at all! We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful location!

We had an amazing time at this beautiful home. The location could not be beat- the cove the house is located on is very private and super close to a great boat ramp. The dock is well maintained and easy access. We had our two little ones with us and they loved the sandy beach area- perfect for letting them swim without having to worry. The house was adorable and extremely clean. Communication with the host was easy and they were extremely nice. We look forward to our next stay!

Stunning Views and great screened porch

Had a great time! Views are better than pictures. Beds are comfortable and furniture and decor are great. Screened in porch was key! Dock furniture and shade are also great. Only thing I would add is access to a washer and dryer.

Wonderful Lake Oconee Stay

The only word is LOVELY. Everything was exactly as presented. The beds were comfy. The porch was delightful. Beautiful view. Great communication. Cannot recommend highly enough. I want to live there. Enjoy your stay - we did!

Location location location!!

I cannot express enough how perfection of the location of this property!! The adults were able to fish off the dock (caught a lot of brim, catfish, striper, hybrid bass) while the kids played on the kayak in the cove. The beach area was perfect for the kiddos!! The houses (main and guest) fit 3 families comfortably and the porch was where most evenings were spent! The property manager/owner was wonderful to work with! We have already started discussions for same time same place next year! Many thanks to Ashley and Jonathan for sharing this awesome spot with us!!

Incredible place to make wonderful memories

I rented this property for a lake weekend reunion with college friends, and it was absolutely perfect. The interior is tastefully decorated and ideally laid out for spending quality time together. The beds were really comfortable and the bedding is super soft - you will sleep well! The porch looks out over the lake with a gorgeous view. During this trip in early spring, the hill leading down to the shore was dotted with monarch butterflies and starlings. The dock and sandy beach give great access to the lake for kayaking, paddle boarding, or just hanging out in the water. If you are looking for a serene lake getaway, this is the place to go!
