Bring the family to this amazing home with lots of room for fun. A boaters dream, only a few seconds away from Tahiti Beach, Elbow Cay, Marsh, Guana and more.

House has a very expansive private dock and another slip in the marina that is included with the property, labeled Makaira. This house can accommodate at-least two boats. 40 foot center console in picture on the front dock platform. 3 new air condition units, generator, wifi, Kayaks, and loaded kitchen with everything you need. House has been recently repainted on exterior and interior. New furniture replaced throughout entire home. Complete renovation 2024.

Beautiful house on Lubbers

A family of turtles greeted us at the dock when we arrived and every morning of our stay! Makaira was comfortable, roomy, and quiet. The boat slip at Lubbers Marina and the dock at the house were very convenient for our boat. The house is super convenient to all of the fun spots and restaurants. We all really enjoyed the week in paradise!

Great Property on an awesome island

Property was amazing and true to the pictures and descriptions. Watched turtles swim by right from the dock every day. The house was great and had plenty of space for our family of 6. Lubbers is a small quiet island centrally located and convenient to reach several Cays in the Abaco. Overall a great house, island and vacation.

Recently renovated

Beautiful house that has been recently renovated. Plenty of room for 6 adults and 3 children. Some of the renovation were not quite finished, like cabinet knobs, and new appliances. The owner was super helpful. The view, the dock and overall property was magnificent.

Great family vacation

The property is a pictured and described. The house is very comfortable and the kitchen will equipped. Lubbers Quarters is lovely. We had rough and stormy weather during our stay but still managed to have loads of fun. Neighbors were very friendly and helpful. Our young grandchildren (5 and under) loved walking around the island and visiting the small beach very close to the house. We would recommend this property to anyone wanting to explore the Abacos.

Awesome sea of Abaco sunsets

The house is amazing and the spectacular views from the balcony are a memorable way to spend a week or two or maybe a month… The access from the house allows you to go south to Pete’s pub or north to nippers in about the exact same amount of time… And if the open ocean is where you want to go There are numerous places to get there from this house… The boat only community on lovers is just that a community of both lovers and adventurous people… We didn’t meet a stranger highly recommend this location, and I can’t say enough about the host, Ian, was there for every need we had … You can’t go wrong book in this place!

Fantastic Home; Great Dock

Ian and Brigid's home on Lubbers was the perfect fit for our family and friends' vacation. The dock was spacious enough to accommodate our 40" catamaran. The kids enjoyed fishing and swimming with the sea turtles off the dock. The house was nicely remodeled with plenty of room for everyone to spread out. There was an issue with the AC unit downstairs when we arrived but Ian and the caretaker, Luke, were quick to resolve the problem. We appreciated having a laundry room for our long stay. The kids loved the bunk room (no A/C but fans provided). The kitchen was large and well stocked, though the nonstick pans have seen better days. There were plenty of plates, cutlery, and glassware for our group of ten. If you need baked goods, go see Nancy at Lubbers Bakery, her cake was delicious! If you have your own boat and desire peace and quiet, this is the place to stay. The location is perfect for exploring the out islands, and all the water has to offer. It's close enough to visit Elbow Cay, MOW, or MH for dinner, gas, or groceries. Coming back to this peaceful home every evening was wonderful. I highly recommend it.
