A few things to note:
- Please note that this is a 4 Story House! There are several flights of steps.

- The elevator does NOT work for guest due to safety guidelines with our home owner insurance policy. Please do not attempt to use at any time.

- Washer and Dryer are on side and available for guest use.

- Please be sure to lock all exterior doors when not in use and keep garage door shut at all times.

- Street parking on Milton is free.

- Garage can fit two cars deep, but please be careful when backing out onto Milton St. The cars coming from left and right tend to come up quickly.

- Trash day is Monday very early morning. Our team will swing by Sunday later afternoon to access the garage to pull all trash cans out and then will return them to the garage on Monday midday.

- We provide K Cups available for guest use.

- Guest Service: We are available 24/7!
