The main living room is open and spacious with large windows for light and views. The livingroom has a gas fireplace and TV with Comcast Cable. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need for cooking and dining in. Just off the kitchen is a large deck with a Private Hot Tub. There is free Wireless Internet throughout the home.
The lower level of the home has a private master bedroom with a Queen bed and En Suite bathroom. The upper level of the home has a loft area with a sleeper sofa and TV. The upstairs master bedroom has a queen bed, a large walk-in closet, an en suite bathroom and a private balcony. The second bedroom has a queen bed and TV and the third bedroom has a full over full bunk bed and a TV.
Ideal Location, Bear Hollow is located just minutes from Canyons, Park City, & Deer Valley ski areas. It is located directly across from the RedStone shopping area, grocery stores, restaurants, movies, bowling and more! It's only 5 miles from Park City Mountain Resort, Historic Old Town and Main Street Park City. Just 35 minutes from the SLC airport, and less than one mile off interstate 80, Bear Hollow is one of Park City's most convenient and desirable locations. In the shadows of Utah Olympic Park and The Canyons, this home provides an ideal setting.Access is great regardless of snow conditions.
The Club House Swimming Pool (summer), Spa and Exercise Room in Bear Hollow Village are available for use during your stay. The Bear Hollow community also has a firepit area, a soccer field, a putting green and a half basketball court.

Home Away From Home
Beautifully decorated, spacious, cozy home! Our family loved the comforts offered w/this property, including the large living room, dining & kitchen areas, the hot tub and the fireplace were perfect after a long day of skiing & some much needed relaxation. Incredibly clean and well maintained throughout the entire home. Location was ideally located just minutes away from grocery stores, shopping areas, ski resorts, a multitude of excellent restaurants, and Park City's Main Street area. The drive to and from the Salt Lake City Airport was an easy one, approximately 35-40 minutes.
Although most of our time was spent skiing (Canyons & Deer Valley), we also loved tubing at Gorgoza Park, shopping on Main St. and enjoying some delicious meals at Vessel Kitchen, The Eating Establishment (for breakfast), Twisted Fern (our favorite), Stoked coffee shop on Main St., and Whole Foods!
We'll most definitely return to this property and we'd highly recommend this beautiful home to family, friends and anyone looking to have a wonderful time in Park City and the surrounding areas! We can't wait to go back...
Amazing location / Beautiful Condo!
This was our 5th visit to this condo. We LOVE it! We have visited during the summer and winter months. It is convenient to Park City downtown area, Canyons, Park City and Deer Valley ski resorts. The condo had everything you need - and a bonus to have a garage and hot tub! The property has always been clean we have always encountered hospitable service. We highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a vacation home in Park City.
We had a problem with water pressure initially but once we mentioned it, the problem was fixed immediately. Other than that issue, the property was clean and well appointed. we were attending a conference in Salt Lake City so we're out most of the day but it was a quiet little oasis to come home to. It was like staying at a home rather than a hotel. Would definitely book again.

We used to live in Park City. We brought our family and friends back for a ski weekend. The location was extremely convenient. The layout was perfect for 3 families. The property managers were great about communication. We would definitely stay here again.

Cozy - Excellent Location
The home was very cozy and super clean. We had nine adults and space to spare. The location was perfect, a short ride to Salt Lake City and even shorter ride to Park City. We would stay again - However, there are a few things to note: We were there for five nights and the TV did not work the entire time, we spent too much of our vacation speaking with reps from the cable company and finally just gave up. Wifi didn't work for the first couple of days, but the Prop manager sent someone to take a look and he fixed it right up. We had been looking forward to using the Jacuzzi in the cool weather, but the water was only luke warm and the bubbles didn't work. AND most importantly - be sure to READ the binder with the check-out rules! You are required to do A LOT of things upon checkout or you will be charged! I've stayed at many, many rentals and never have I seen so many rules!! It's understood this is someone's home and they wish to keep it nice - but WOW so of the fees were ridiculous. All that being said as I mentioned, we would stay again because the space is lovely!
We appreciate the candid review of the home. Although our recollection is slightly different, we regret that the guest felt the stay was not perfect. We certainly want our guests to feel at home and well taken care of. We received the call about an issue with the TV and internet and provided access to an internet connection from the home next door until someone could come take a look. The next day our service tech visited the home and a simple reboot of the router solved the issue! The guest and the tech did some troubleshooting with the TV without any luck. We were told not to worry that the TV was not needed, so we did not interrupt the rest of the stay. After the guest's check out, we called Directv and found there to be a box unplugged and when plugged in, the TV worked fine. We were never notified of an issue with the hot tub and found it to be in working order for the next guest.
Regarding the check out procedure... there are notes to leave all used beds unmade, to ensure trash is in trash receptacles, to leave used towels and wash clothes on the bathroom floor or in the tub and a few other items. There are small housekeeping charges noted if not completed. Our check out procedures encourage respect and care for the home and fees have only been necessary to implement a handful of times in 10 years of managing. Unfortunately, these procedures must be in place for the less than 1% of guests that do not care for the home. These guests were great and we would hope they will stay again as a less than perfect stay is the exception and we would be happy for the opportunity to exceed expectations!
