Splash House - Relaxation Haven/Private Pool

Summary:

Cozy Home in Largo Florida just 10 minutes from Indian Rocks beach and about 15 min from Clearwater Beach. Take time to relax in the comfort of this vacation home and be at ease while you spend time with your family. Peaceful and centrally-located. There is no neighbor behind because it connects to the Pinellas trail which offers miles and miles of uninterrupted biking and running. There is a delicious restaurant just a few blocks away called Latin Bowl.



The Space:

Welcome to our home, affectionately named Splash House Largo. We’ve taken a lot of care to renovate as much as we possibly can. Though any home can always be improved further and we don’t claim to be perfect, this is our little piece of paradise that we share with you. We hope you have a wonderful stay!



You’ll have plenty of privacy.

Each bedroom is equipped with a TV and Netflix.

If you love to cook, you’ll find all your kitchen basics and fridge here. (Some of the items we have at the house include a spice rack, rice cooker, blender, mixing bowls, utensils, kids plates, pots, pans, beach towels etc)

Longer term guests will appreciate the in unit washer and dryer.

Beach essentials (towels, chairs, umbrella, blanket)



Guest Access:

Everything except our maid / storage closets. Those will have a separate lock on it.



Other Things to Note:

I have cameras monitoring the front door. Pool is not heated. Florida is usually warm so water temp is usually nice. Due to improper use that could damage the equipment, we ask that guests DO NOT TOUCH the pool equipment, if caught doing so, a $1,000 fee will be assessed. You can however use the pool light. To turn on/off, simply flip up the small switch on the side of the panel. If you need help locating it, feel free to text or call.

All our quilts are clean, washed prior to your arrival.

Guest kept fabricating stories because he wanted a cancellation but refused to cancel on his end in accordance to our policy and didn’t want to use his trip protection. Stated the rooms were too small for his family of 7 and then later created 2 different family emergencies. Bad communication. Messaged extremely late and kept harassing me. Would not recommend to other hosts.

Great stay!

We had a great stay. Great location on a quiet street with easy access to beaches and sites. The house was really clean and nicely decorated. Had everything we needed and Sokha was a great host— thank you!

Beautiful home

We had a great time renting this home, it was well maintained the house was fully equipped with everything we needed from beach chairs & coolers to full operating kitchen, we would definitely be booking again . This is an awesome home close to all the beaches.

Vacation in the Sun

My family and I stayed at this beautiful home for a week and enjoyed all the luxuries of being in Florida. The pool was an absolute delight and the home was cozy and comfy. Felt like home away from home. The host is great at communicating and was always quick to respond with any questions or concerns. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Family House

House was very nice, pool was amazing, fully equipped with everything you may need and possibly can think of. Clear water beach wasn't as close as expected (20 min drive) if you're looking for a place to bring your family I would highly recommend staying here.

The time to get there does vary depend depending on when you go and how crowded the beach is and which part of the beach you go to. The closest one to us is about 10 minutes away on a non-crowded day.

Very comfortable stay with access to Pinellas Trail

The property was very comfortable and welcoming. We had everything we needed. We enjoy riding our bikes and thoroughly enjoyed the access to the trail. Sokh was quickly responsive and worked to assure we had a great stay. We had no complaints. We stay in many VRBO properties and the Splash was one of the best! We will definitely stay again. Highly recommend!

Cute oasis

Host was very easy to contact. Check in was really easy. Master bedroom is a good size as are the other bedrooms. Kitchen is a bit small but functional. Also equiped with eveything you need to make decent meals. Master bathroom is huge. Just wish they gave extra towels and makeup cloths. I had to do laundry daily so we had clean towels. There was a cleanliness issue, but I understand finding good help is difficult these days. I own a cleaning company so I'm sympathetic. Owner resolved the issue competently and quickly. We really enjoyed our stay. Even though the original ad said heated pool. There is no heating element. Yet the back yard has a privacy fence and feels like an oasis. Grill, firepit, quiet neighborhood. Drove by the Largo lights. There only 8 minutes away. Plenty of beaches within 20 min or less. Beds are very comfortable, right amount of pillows, soft blankets. Had a great time. This place made us feel right at home.

The only thing that I can’t figure out is where you’re seeing that the pool is heated because I don’t see it on my end. If you are able to screenshot it and send it to me I can try to get that corrected. The only thing that we have heating for is the house, is that what you’re referring to? My family and I have been visiting the area for years and love it. When we travel we like to be comfortable and have the basic amenities without having to haul it with us on the plane. This is our home away from home and we hope you love it just as much as we do. We put in a lot of thought into everything and while it may not have everything (impossible to provide without having the feel and look cluttered or having unlimited funds) we always have a great time here visiting family.

We love this home and can't wait to share it with you. The pool is our favorite feature. Our kids splash around and play in it for hours.

15-20 minutes from Clearwater beach. There is plenty of activities to do nearby. There is no neighbor behind and we have direct and private access to the Pinellas trail which offers miles and miles of uninterrupted biking and running. There is a metal gate that could be unlocked by guests to access the trail. There is also an outdoor shower available for use as well as individual cooling/heating elements in each bedroom.
